DAY 161: this felt great to progress from 200kg to 220kg for one set & 180kg to 200kg for the remaining 4 sets on the leg press. At this stage I think I'll have to maintain this weight for a little while as the knee joints are feeling pretty sore, but we'll see how things go in a week. How are you feeling about your progress?
