Here is their story: "We were doing Crossfit and yoga mostly, but always looking for something new. We saw the MAD 10 for 10 deal that allowed us to try it out. He always killed my #flirty #vibe with that lol it wasn't so cute when I could #benchpress the same or more than the guys my age. 🙄🙄🙄 I remember him and his friends at the gym gathering around the bench press and cheering me on while throwing on more wight. Signed up to this gym a day ago with my buddy. Never seen something like this at any gym I've been to. LA Fitness or Youfit. Decided to try this as a warm up the moment I laid my eyes on it. Saw I could do it & wanted to record myself on my second attempt. Never done this exercise before or anything remotely like it. Hard to believe at one point I couldn't even do a single pull up couple years ago to doing this. Starting off the Morning Organically! For the serious Athlete, doing prolonged exercise and training, depleting blood sugar levels and sodium stores...adding some sugar/sodium back in to the mix can keep you on the Field or Court! BUT, if you are not this athlete, Don't be fooled. | I love my Gatorade, but Organic does not always mean Organic. The new G organic series was born out of a thought that using organic sugarcane as a sweetener, rather than the overloads of sugar (we have all quenched on before) is a healthy supplement to the its original tasty drinks. People mistaking believe that this is naturally better for your body (being "organic"), but the "PANCREAS" makes no such distinction. It releases insulin regardless, spreading the word to the body! It signals the body to save and pack these calories away for a rainy day. For most Americans that rainy day never really arrives (food wise), and in turn labels like these, creates the illusions of being Healthy...when actually it could be having an adverse effect! Not saying you should not consume Gatorade, because I love it during physical activity. Hanging. This is the best technique I've come across in the past few years. The human shoulder is nearly identical to that of the great apes (like an orangutan). When we hang, we create space in the shoulder joint that relieves pain and reduces the incidence of impingement. Better yet, #brachiation, or, arboreal locomotion, keeps the shoulder joint healthy since dynamic shoulder movement under load is generally neglected in most exercise programs. Try these: 1. Later Swings (Frontal Plane) x 15/s - level up by releasing one hand for more of a load, and stretch to the QL and lateral core muscles. 2. Single Arm Hang (without twisting) x 15-45"/s Let me know your thoughts!

Some people hate the #pushpress, but I really think it's one of the best indicators of full body #strength and #athleticism. It's okay if you suck at it too, or if your old bones can't get into a good front rack position. God knows mine is barely acceptable haha. So long as the bar, sandbag or bell is at shoulder height, elbows under the the load, skyrocketing the weight up with your hips and pushing through with your torso. It makes you a better athlete. Bigger, faster and stronger! I understand thats not very detailed... Maybe I'll post a tutorial at some point going over the finer bits. Take home is get heavy things above your head.
