Cus ive packed on 35 pounds in the last couple of years, and kept my abs, meaning its solid tissue.. and due to how quick i can fluxuate my body from bulk to cut. i constantly get treated like a big brother by those my age, always being questioned on my expertise, and i cant stress it enough, and although its flattering.. it also becomes aggravating when you dont follow my advice! considering your the one who asked! How do i put on that much size and stay lean?. and the answer is always the same!!!.1.WORK HARDER.. stop thinking you are working your hardest.. everyday you must try to push harder... keep reaching for increase, 2. REST LONGER. stop sleeping 4, 5 6 hours , sleep 8 9 and 10 take naps frequently, be lazy when permitted, always look for a chance when your not working/class/ responsibilities, to lounge.. its when you grow.3. KEEP CONSTANT CHANGE AS PART OF YOUT REGIMENT go from highest intensity training less frequently, to lower intensity more frequently, keep yoyoing your length of durations from longer to shorter, whether it be cardio training, or rest.never let your body adjust to what you are doing 4. EAT MORE. get your mind out of the set of dieting to lose weight. you are AN ATHLETE now..so conclusively, you must eat enough to perform your best , then eat more again to grow and repair. And refuel, feed the beast. 9 times out of 10. you are not eating enough. you think you are. 5. DO YOUR CARDIO.. people always say. im lean enough i dont need cardio.just stop.. somehow cardio to people became the enemy of muscle growth.. when done right it can help you not only sustain but grow muscle quicker, and help you keep unwanted fat gain from accumulating.. and if you feel like your losing size then once again EAT MORE!!!!!! Lmfao cant stress how important it is. 6. BE UNCONVENTIONAL. let me explain this one.. stop doing the same fucking exercises, year after year.and stop following the crowd. you do what the crowd does , and you look like them. you wanna stand out and look different? Then constantly do different things. do things people wont < in conjuction, do the things you dread first, you dread them because they are the are things you need the most๐Ÿ’ช

A little drill for you to try. Focus' on core and the stabilising muscles in the foot (they should be twitching) with a bit of flexibility thrown in at the end. I do this exercise on a Bosu ball.

Working on using my glutes while jumping and making sure I reach complete extension (body in a straight line) when I leave the floor. Due to my use of Kettlebells, understanding what hip extension feels like is much easier. The hops back are working on deceleration which is often a neglected portion of any athletic program but one of the most important for injury prevention and building athleticism.
