Only have 20 minutes so do nothing? We have put together a 20 min workout you can do anywhere, anytime, in your hotel room, under your house, in front of the tv. You name the location, you can do it. So stop with the excuses and start moving! Here are your 4 exercises, yes that's right, just 4 exercises will make a big difference to your day. To get all the session details visit www.coreliving.net.au/sweatsession (link in bio) 1. Push ups with 2 knee to chest – perform 1 push up on toes then staying in high plank draw right knee to right elbow and left knee to left elbow and then repeat push up 2. Jumping lunge in to squat – left jump lunge, right jump lunge and then squat jump. Use your arms throughout this move to help stabilise you. Take it slow to begin with and up the pace as you get the hang of it. Make sure your knee gently touches the ground on each lunge rep. 3. Plank – on your elbows and toes, hold your body in a straight line ensuring that your bottom is in line with your back and not above or below. 4. Backwards lunge with high knee – Lunge back with your right leg and allow your knee to touch the ground gently before pushing off of your foot to drive your knee up in one explosive movement. Do five on your right side followed by five on your left and alternate during your twenty seconds of effort at The Grange

GLOVE CARE: Your boxing gloves are your "tools" during a 12RND workout, so make sure you take care of them! Boxing gloves won't last forever, & may need to be replaced every 6 months depending on how hard you hit. If the stuffing inside is coming out, it's time to shout yourself a new pair. To keep them smelling fresh, simply spray them with a eucalyptus spray once a week & leave them out in the sun to dry. You can also reduce any smells by wearing hand/quick wraps. #toolsofthetrade #boxinggloves

As part of #EXERCISERIGHT week, @lmgeitz chooses Exercise Physiologist Emily to build her strength up post baby. One of Emily's areas of expertise is post pregnancy reforming. Emily writes, "Using your abs post baby or post abdominal surgery is a slow and tricky process. We work with many Mums with back and hip pain. What we quickly discover is that they never β€œclosed the gap” when it came to their abs (separation) and had this of been done properly they could of saved their body so much pain, not to mention returned to a strong flat tummy sooner. Working your abs without lifting your head or chest is key (no neck flexion) make sure you stick to it and your body will thank you for many years to come!"

TECHNIQUE TUESDAY - BEAR CRAWLS: You might feel self-conscious doing them, but Bear Crawls are an awesome, full-body movement. Here’s why: βœ” Build Strength – they’re like a moving Plank. but engages more muscles & forces your core to work harder to keep you stable. They work your entire body, especially your shoulders, arms & glutes. βœ” Increase Mobility – they improve hip mobility by taking the joint through its full range of motion & gets your heart pumping & wakes up your central nervous system. βœ” Improve Conditioning - they increase your muscular endurance & improve your overall conditioning base To start, go on all fours with your arms stretched, & hands right below the shoulders. Knees are in a 90-degree angle & your back is parallel to the ground. Raise the knees, so that only hands & toes touch the ground, crawl forward by putting one hand & the opposite foot forward.
