Fit Ritual Recipe Idea Marinated Pork & Prawn Asian Salad Ingredients - Dressing (mix all ingredients & set aside) 60 mls Lime Juice 1 tbsp Peanut Oil 1 tsp Sesame Oil 2 tbsp fresh chopped coriander Chilli to taste ½ tsp fresh grated ginger Pinch stevia Salt to taste Ingredients- Marinade (mix all ingredients & marinade pork & prawns in separate bowls overnight) ¼ cup Honey ¼ cup Soy Sauce 1tbsp Hoisin 1tsp sesame oil 1 clove garlic - crushed Fresh chopped chilli to taste Ingredients 500 g Pork Fillet 300g Peeled Green Prawns 1 carrot – spiralised or sliced very thin ¼ Red Cabbage shredded ¼ Green Cabbage shredded 1 cup bean sprouts ½ red capsicum sliced thin 1 cucumber sliced thin 1 cup sugar snap peas sliced Method 1. MEAL PREP! 👌 Had to get this done tonight rather than in the usual time slot tomorrow. I put together some pork, roasted sweet potato, roasted broccoli and steamed carrots and beans. So yum! I love adding spices to make a meal SO MUCH BETTER. The pork had rock salt, cracked pepper, garlic powder and smoked paprika. The sweet potato had salt, pepper, cumin and garlic powder. The broccoli had salt, pepper and minced garlic. All cooked in a wee bit of olive oil. Delicious! What do you do for meal prep! Comment your ideas below and inspire me 😉😙
