Happy Hump day!!! Another fabulous client win today ...That totally deserved the impromptu disco dance in the cardio area (there is video...We may or may not share it haha). Client Andrea had her 6 week measurements and fitness testing, has lost a whopping 7.5kgs and 20cm AND doubled her push-ups, squats and improved time on her rowing by almost a minute. . This has all been achieved through seeing me 2-3 times a week, following her personolised program and being coached on nutrition, nothing scary just a few small changes...No calorie counting, no macro counting, no chicken and brocolli 😊. All whilst recovering from hip replacement surgery....Give this lady a hand!! . Andrea truly is a machine! Don't have time? Busy at work? Too tired to exercise? Let's take a little minute to think about these two scenarios.. 1. You lay down and sleep at night, you get up, sit down to eat breakfast (if you eat breakfast) then the majority of people sit in a car or public transport to work, to then sit down again for 8 hours (again majority of people) then most people go back on that transport home to eat dinner then sit and watch tv. That's an awful lot of sitting! Those that also sit all day seem to appear to be 'more tired' when in fact if you exercised you would have MORE energy. Crazy I know. 2. I hear a few people say they're busy at work, which is absolutely fine. But they neglect to put themselves first. If you don't look after your body, what's going to happen? Your body is the ONE PLACE you have to live in this world. If you're sick, injured (whatever the case) how are you going to work? It's a catch 22. 3. Those that do exercise, high 5 boys and girls πŸ‘ŠπŸ½ keep up the great work! Now I know this post won't get many likes because when I'm blunt they never do πŸ™Š but if you read it, that's all that maters to me 😊 It's coming from a place of love. It's not about weight loss, it's about just moving your body and feeling good. "DEATH BY BURPEE SHUTTLES" 0-1min= 1 burpee + 20m shuttle 1-2min= 2 burpee + 20m shuttle 2-3min= 3 burpee + 20m shuttle Etc.......
