Single Leg Hip Extensions should be renamed as "Slow Long Hell Extensions" 😂 I've done glute bridges, banded, with weight plates, or a barbell off floor and bench with a decent weight, but doing single controlled bodyweight ones never crossed my mind because I thought well using weights should suffice...I now understand why these awesome fitness babes with wicked bootys use them in their sessions because the burn is real 🔥 3 x 10 per leg followed by 3 x 20 banded glute bridges at the end of my leg session and holy wow my ass feels like it could shit out boulders, it's rock hard 😎 #bootybitches

We continue with some resistance bands exercises for bootcamp. 1. Use a fence to tie up the elastic band high. 2. Step away and determine your Strength level and bend your knees keeping your torso straight. 3. Pull the band down with your arms straight keeping your abs engaged and using the muscles in the back. 4. Repeat 3 lots of 10 reps. Did some Plyometrics Training only today to mix it into my regular Resistance Training. Definitely a good way to get my cardio in too! To those who does Resistance/Weight training, bodybuilding etc., don't neglect cardio. To those who says "i do no cardio" and look ripped af, don't believe them. Cardio can be done in so many ways, be it the treadmill, Rowing Machine, skipping rope, plyometrics, or even in between weight training: those are CARDIO. Cardio too helps to build muscles, believe me. But cardio ONLY, does not. Hope this helps to those questioning 😉 - To those on Facebook and like what I post here with regards to Fitness & Health, like my page 'Fit Works With Hanisah'.
