Legs On Ball Plank // Do you find normal planks too easy to perform? Or are you simply getting bored of the 'usual' ab work and need some variety? Try the Legs on Ball Plank. **Set up with your shins on a stability ball. **Arms directly under your shoulders. **Push the ground away from you with your hands. **Keep your spine straight. **Squeeze your butt. **Squeeze your abs (don't draw your belly button in). Start by doing 2-3 x 15-20 second holds at the end of your workouts. Every week, build up with 5-10 seconds per hold until you can hold for around 2-minutes before you move to the next progression. #absworkout #fatloss #weightloss #health #fitness #fitnessbrisbane #fitspo #workout #abs

This man has ENERGY! 60 times up these steps just now. His previous record was 52 on 1st Jan. There have been a few 40's in between but the conditions were wrong eg wind blowing wrong way and car fumes filling his lungs. He'd been planning this 60 for 10 days with his diet. More videos have been requested. I am tres-awkward in videos but ok....Cardio this morning, just a little 3km loop with the dog so nothing too strenuous. . 12 week challenge is upon us!!! Friday nights at the bar and Jase always tries to make me laugh whilst performing hang snatches. Actually anything upper body really, which isn't nice because I could kill myself. Yeah Jase....I COULD DIE! as you can tell it's all very dramatic with my coach watching 😁 . Slowly getting back up there weight wise...These were 30kg warm ups and we moved slowly upwards from there to 60kgs. Which was more than adequate for my weight and age range. I am pretty stoked about it. . Funny thing is, they weren't so hard after a giggle and a little competition 👍💪. . Looking forward to my weekend blasters shortly!

Sunday morning active rest / fasted cardio is complete. Little bit of HIIT in the park and a 30 min walk with the ol hound. . In all honesty I will probably try to head to the gym for a bit of a TRX workout later to stretch everything out...I didn't go particularly hard throughout the week so my body is dying for something a little more, and I know it will make me feel fabulous. . Happy Sunday! Hope it is filled with smiles!
