The Rebuild project: Trent/Popeye (he looks enormous in this video - his arms barely fit on the machine 😳) and his VMO were the focus of today's session. Nutrition - how confused are you?? FOOD LABELS - Don’t be fooled!! Food Companies have become very clever with their marketing and try and sell their products based on healthy buzz saying. Some examples are... Fat Free, Sugar Free, Gluten Free, Diet, Made With Real Ingredients, and so many others... Here’s the problem... These can be incredibly misleading. For example, just because Pop Tart is β€œGluten Free”, doesn’t mean it’s all of a sudden a healthy breakfast. The reasons these labels are there are simply for marketing purposes. I mean, did you know that the sales of β€œGluten Free” products has grown by 34% annually for the last 5 years. This is why SO many foods now are labeled Gluten Free, even though the majority of these foods never had gluten in them to begin with. N I C E - C R E A M 🍦🍦🍦🍦 . Escape the heat with this gem . 2 frozen bananas 1 tbsp organic raw cacao 2 tbsp almond milk (add more if you need it) can substitute for coconut water 1 tsp of pure vanilla essence .. Blend all together and taa-daa I added coconut on top but could easily add in as well. .. I've made a version with a shot of coffee as well and it was delicious!!!
