I seem to be a headless person ๐Ÿ˜‚ just can't get an image where I don't pull a crazy selfie face๐Ÿ˜› My arms seem to be toning nicely. I have been concentrating on strengthening my back and core. Nice arms is a great bonus ๐Ÿ’ช This week my focus is going to change to incorporate more leg work. Loads of HIIT and body weight strength training and lets see what gains I get. On a personal note I worked up to a personal best deadlift one rep max of 170kg/375lb! So stoked! Couldn't quite hit 80kg on the bench but happy enough to hit 75kg again. For a very long time I have had a max set of Toes to bar of about 30. Not about, actually 30. I had done lots of emoms where I would do 10 reps on the minute for 10min but no increase in my max reps.... for the last couple of months I've been trying a different system where I would perform for example 3x20 reps unbroken and rest 1min between sets. Or 4x17 reps 1min rest. The key to it has been the small rest but higher volume and longer time on the bar. Today I managed 2x25 reps with a 1min rest. I believe and I'm only guessing I could punch out 40 reps unbroken off how they 25's felt. End goal for this year is 50 unbroken TTB and I reckon I'll get it before August! @raw_iron_ #CFRI #CrossfitRI #TTB #toestobar
