Late posting today but worth it!!! My ❀️ overflows with so much joy teaching and coaching the ladies that come to my classes. Today they pushed and challenged themselves by being open to mixing our normal and cutting down some moves making it faster and more challenging!!! How cool is it when you can follow a program Start to Finish!? - I couldn't have done it without my accountability group cheering me on! Things I learned from this program... βž•Shaun T means business βž•I can push myself farther than I thought βž•I can do PLYO PUSH UPS 😳 βž•Consistency is important - This program has you write down your "Max Out" time everyday. That means wherever you are in the workout - the first time you stop for a breather you Max Out. Left October 2013 Right May 9th, 2017. I was 120LBS back in 2013. I lost 20 lbs and lost my ass. I started eating again once i moved back to ny gained 45 lbs and brought me to a hefty 165. I definitely wasnt happy where i was so Mid October 2016 i started hitting the gym harder again. I wasnt seeing much results even then. So January 2017 i decided to do a full month of fasted cardio and lost 25 lbs. Now my body is finally looking the way I want it to and my ass is looking the best it ever has. With hard work and dedication your body can look any way you want it it. Is it easy?? Absolutely not. Theres been alot of sweat, tears and injuries but ive never given up. Ive used it as motivation to keep pushing harder. I do this for ME!! Im so in love with how i look and i finally was able to fall back in love with myself. Never give up on your goals, dreams and aspirations!! You can do ANYTHING you set your mind to!!

Who doesn't love this move?!? Good old bicycle crunches. It might be an oldie but it's a goodie!! You can tap your feet or extend out your legs, there's an example of both in the video. Try for 10-20 with 1 being a full move on both sides.

Ready to add in some tricep dips?!? Of course you are πŸ’ͺ🏻 Remember when doing tricep dips, it's your triceps that are lowering you not your legs. Keep your fingers pointing towards your feet and your arms close to your body. Try lifting one leg for a more challenging move. Then for the second move sit leaned back on your elbows with your knees bent, drop your knees side to side rotating thru your midsection.

His challenging move of the day "dancing minion" 😜 or try out this super man move. On your toes or knees lift right arm and left leg, hold for 10 seconds, then switch to your left arm and right leg. Keep your abdominal muscles tight to support your lower back. Continue alternating arms and legs trying to only hold the move for a few seconds.

Challenge Move Monday! Spider Push-ups. Start in a standard push-up position on your knees or toes, as you lower down bring your right knee to your right elbow. As you push-up extend your leg back to your starting position, alternating legs with each push-up.
