This is in order from 2013 to current. Top left i weighed 120 lbs in 2013. This was me at my skinniest. From there until the middle picture of the 2nd row i weighed in at 165 lbs in 2015. I had gotten fat and cottage cheesey. As of recently i got back into the gym and have been busting my ass 6 days a week to now weigh in at about 145lbs (bottom row). I feel the best i have ever felt being this current weight and look. Most people fall off the band wagon of staying fit but what matters is getting back into it and pushing yourself and your limits daily. You can achieve ANYTHING with hard work and dedication!! NEVER give up working hard for what YOU want!! If i can do it....so can you!!

Today I woke up this morning and asked myself this exact question and my answer was 'No!' Yesterday, I woke up SO sore from my workout, so I halfassed part of it until I had to stop. I didn't quite hit my nutrition goal and wasn't even close to my water and sleep goal, in turn, waking up this morning feeling like I literally got hit by a bus! I'm determined not to completely crumble and will work just that much harder today to make sure that I hit my daily goals, pushing me ever closer to my big, SCARY goal!

I am stronger than my illness. Say it with me๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป As many of you may know, I struggle with an eating disorder, depression, and anxiety. What I want people to understand is that just because someone is in recovery from a mental illness does not mean everything's all better 100% of the time. It is a lifelong process and that's okay. Some days I can wake up and be ready for the day with a smile and a happy soul to carry me through. Then some days I wake up and I'm defeated the second my eyes open. Depression can feel like tears welling up in your eyes just because you're living. It can feel like getting out of bed every morning has you walking into a room in hell with only your name on it. Anxiety can feel like you are caged in your own body. You feel stuck, helpless, and panicked. A constant battle is going on in your head. A weight crushes your chest and you can't breathe and you truly feel like that could be the end. A lifelong process of recovering, healing, and most importantly finding your worth is what lies ahead of you and that makes you the strongest person out there. People who know depression and anxiety know the lowest lows of life. That means that they can appreciate a smile when they see one. It can literally change their world for a second. Be a smile, a helping hand, a shoulder to lean on. Help to grow people's strength to fight the illness.

Only 4 days left on this MMA program. 1 more week of My Lifting Program that I began almost 6 months ago now ๐Ÿ˜ฑ. In the last few weeks only, with some days being "2-a-days" & getting up for AM MMA seshes, I feel a little like I am getting ready for a competition! ๐Ÿ™„ But I'm not. If I don't feel like working out in the AM, I push it to the PM. And if I can't fit it in one day, I move it to another. If I want to have an extra day off that week, I workout twice or double up & take an extra day off. I am really enjoying these at home MMA workouts. I love kicking & punching & sweating my ass off. It's also nice not having to drive to the gym & being able to workout in whatever I want from home. I love the gym, but I also love how much time working out from home saves me. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ legit, it's a H.U.G.E. #timesaver. I had my 2 year check-up with the knee surgeon today. I am happy to say all is good & my knee is looking fine๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜‰ I guess the saying '2nd time is a charm' is true!!After a 2nd knee revision & a LONG 3 year recovery process I am well on my way to a happier, productive life. My knee has gotten stronger & my range of motion is a lot better than after most knee revisions. I attribute that to all the hard work I have been doing with my workouts. I do still have days my knee gets very sore & thats my body telling me to slow it down. I do have my limits & I try to push them a little bit more each day. I am feeling so grateful & emotionally overwhelmed. I am getting my life back & going to live every moment of it to its fullest๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’–

Honest post. I used to Never eat veggies and lots of Burger King double cheese burger value meals or mostly a meat and potato's kinda guy. Then I got educated about what you fuel your body with makes a HUGE difference in your health, and how you feel! No bullshit this supershake has made a BIG difference in my life!! This has helped me lose weight, reduce junk food cravings since I usually drink the chocolate flavor (with peanut butter like a Reese's cup), gives me energy when I'm dragging ass and not that I need it but hear it helps others digestion and regularity. My diet is Way better now but this is still the healthiest thing I have all day and saves me $$$. Cheaper than a heart attack combo meal and saves me a lot vs all the food I would have to buy to have all the nutrients that are in my shakes. It would cost about 10x $$ to eat all I get in my shakes. Oh ya and I add greens in my shakes so I can get the required amounts for the day.
