É comum escutarmos que um corredor não deve aumentar mais que 10% do seu volume de treino entre duas semanas. Desta forma, alguém que corre 20 km por semana deveria aumentar seu volume em 2km no máximo, caso queira progredir com o treino de forma segura. . 🔹De fato um estudo realizado com corredores verificou que um aumento considerável do volume de treino em corredores novatos pode torna-los mais suceptíveis a Lesões Relacionadas a Corrida. . 🔹Após acompanhar mais de 800 corredores durante uma ano de seguimento, Nielsen et.al. verificaram que os atletas que tiveram um aumento de 30% no volume de treino tiveram mais lesões como Dor Patelo Femoral, Síndrome do Trato Ileotibia e Síndrome do Estresse Medial da Tíbia, entre outras. . 🔸Com este estudo fica clara a importância do aumento gradual no volume de treino, de preferência abaixo de 30% do volume de treino da semana anterior, desta forma poderá garantir uma adaptação estrutural e tecidual positiva, evitando lesões relacionadas a corrida e mantendo uma vida útil maior no esporte. . There are so many reasons to run! 🏃‍♀️🏃🏻 Some run because they are training towards racing goals. Some run to see what they're capable of doing and how far they can push their limits. Some run simply for pleasure and the love of it. Some run to maintain fitness. Some run to lose weight. Some run to release stress. Some run to overcome an addiction. Some run to share time with friends. Some run to have some time alone to themselves. Some run for "therapy"...... Having had 40 people over yesterday for a send-off party for my middle son who will gong away to college this year, and seeing my oldest son drive off for his 12-hour drive back to college this morning to start his third year, today's run was definitely a "therapy run"! A big piece of my heart left this morning......and another big piece will be missing next week. As parents, we know we must let go, and we are SO happy for them to have these opportunities.......but it's not easy on the heart. ❤️😢. Yep! Today's E run was THERAPY!!! <- which is better than staying in bed moping! [Apple love] Cette photo est un souvenir de la séance organisé lors de mon EVJF. Je trouve qu'elle illustre bien le poste que je voulais faire ☺️ Je voulais vous parler de ma façon à moi et qui est propre à moi d'organiser mes repas. Déjà pour commencer la collation de l'après midi pour moi c'est tout simplement INDISPENSABLE. Je fais en sorte de la prendre avant 16h afin d'arrêter toute consommation de glucide après 16h. En fait si je devais décrire simplement mon rythme alimentaire sa serait : ➡️Petit déjeuné de championne où rythme plaisirs sains et gourmandise. Je ne m'interdis rien même pas une lychette de Nutella 🙈😂 ➡️Le midi mon assiette reste gourmande et équilibré : légumes à volonté, portion de féculents raisonnable et on oublie pas les protéines ! ➡️Ma collation n'est jamais la même, elle peut être composé d'un gâteau que j'aurai réalisé au préalable, une glace maison, du granola aussi, des fruits ... Je mange ce qui me fait plaisir sans oublier de bien boire avant pour écouter ma faim ☝🏻 ➡️Le repas du soir est celui pour lequel je suis le plus stricte, je fais très attention à ce que je mange et généralement ce sont des légumes vapeurs, une soupe, des protéines sous forme de petits flancs aux légumes. Je change souvent pour ne pas me lasser et généralement j'essaie de ne pas prendre de dessert ou si vraiment j'ai faim sa sera un fromage blanc 0% ou un fruit mais j'essaie de l'éviter quand je sens que c'est plus de la gourmandise que de la faim.
