DAY 169: A great day for a workout. Squats sets: 1x5 50kg, 1x5 60kg, 2x5 65kg 1x5 70kg - new personal best! Deadlift sets: 1x5 40kg, 4x5 45kg (weary of my left shoulder, so I didn't raise it to 50kg). Bench press sets 6x5 30kg to shoulder strong again - I will stay on this weight for the next session as well. 1 leg calf raise sets: 2x15 18kg - up 2kg from last session. People would tell me with their body language that they don't believe I can achieve my dream to one day dunking a 10ft basketball hoop because of all my old injuries slowing my progress - but I'm going to give it everything I can to make it a reality. Don't let other people's disbelief in you stop you from attaining your dreams! DAY 166-168: Worked on the social media aspects of GESS Gate. It's an honour to be a part of bringing this life saving device to to the world. DAY 167: an easy cycle, with my HR averaging 110bpm - a bit too easy. After checking my watch setting, I realised I had set my maximum heart rate to 164bpm instead of 184bpm. I'm writing this session off as more of a rest day since realising my error. Unfortunately the batteries have died in the Suunto watch, so there are results from it posted here, but the exercise bike did manage to maintain the same HR reading during most of the exercise, so the bike's results seem relatively accurate. DAY 168: refuel with some Spirulina. This, as well as green tea, is my replacement for coffee these days. My only concern with Spirulina, is getting it from a reputable supplier that regularly tests their product for heavy metals an toxins. DAY 165: My attempt at a 80kg squatting my body own weight (79.7kg) couldn't be recorded due to technical issues with the phone, but I guess that's okay since I only managed to barely do half a squat. Still progress. The main success of today was my squat sets being raised from 1x5 60kg & 4x5 50kg to ---- 4x5 60kg & 1x5 50kg. Really happy with that result. Deadlifts sets: 4x5 40kg & 1x5 50kg despite a little soreness on my left shoulder. 1 leg calf raises increased the sets from 2x15 16kg to --- 3x15 16kg. Next week I'll be raising it to 2x15 17kg. No bench press today, as I'll now be moving it to the same day I perform leg presses (give my shoulder a bit of a break). DAY 162: Meeting an intelligent friend for coffee to catch up an to perhaps learn from their experience. It's been a tough & long road for me, both out of depression & now gaining momentum for my business ideas & partnerships. I know for a fact that I can't do all of this on my own, an thankfully I now have a lot of good people around who can help me make Successin12 a real success. One thing I've been on the hunt for, for some time now, is a mentor. Someone who I can trust, who knows enough about the challenges that are up ahead. I believe that this friend I'm meeting for coffee today, might just be the mentor I've been looking for. If you need help from someone, you can always ask - worse thing they can say is no. DAY 163: Plyometrics workouts again! I thought my body would be use to this workout by now, but it still really works the muscles - especially the pistol squats. DAY 161: this felt great to progress from 200kg to 220kg for one set & 180kg to 200kg for the remaining 4 sets on the leg press. At this stage I think I'll have to maintain this weight for a little while as the knee joints are feeling pretty sore, but we'll see how things go in a week. How are you feeling about your progress? DAY 160: This is a quote that I can relate to & has even greater attachment to my journey before & during the first months of Successin12 2015. At the time I felt worthless & beaten, all while burying it in what was left over of my pride & strength. I tried desperately every hour of everyday to pull myself out of depression. Then one day it came to me. I realised that if I changed my goal from getting just myself out of depression to - getting myself out of depression to help others in depression gain inspiration & hope to move themselves out of depression, then I'd have a greater meaning behind my actions towards better health. It felt right, all the way to my core. It was a re-awakening of my old self. Now, more than 12 months after that moment, I'm looking to help others in need, but primarily those living in poverty. Today I just tried to get an understanding of what it's like to live in poverty, an some of the videos I watched reminded me of some of my childhood experiences, friends, neighbours, as well as having a strong single parent raise you & living in government housing. We weren't poor, but we weren't middle-class either. We made the best of things & it made me who I am today. DAY 158: A day spent immersed in my passions for Psychology & Life Coaching. I can spend countless hours studying both these subjects without any loss of enthusiasm. The big thing that stood out for me today was a coaching session that I had found on YouTube where I observed a coach doing some of the core things right, but also displaying many concerning facial expressions during the session. These non-verbal communications could've easily been interpreted by the client as hostile or offensive - even if they don't read it consciously, the client may still read it subconsciously. Coaches need to be aware of their non-verbal communication. DAY 157: working out on the bike & loving the burn in my thighs muscles. Lots of sweat, letting me know that I've just completed an enduring workout. This type of intensity used to be easy for me, but I'm glad to be aware that I was losing it now, rather than months or years later when my conditioning could've been much poorer than what it is now. Stats for this workout are - highest HR: 160bpm, average HR: 147bpm, duration of intensity: 24mins, calories burned: 225 (final count: 313 calories after warm down), distance (including warm down): 12km. DAY 155: Plyometrics workout is both fun & challenging. Because of all my old injuries, I have to be careful not to over do any of my workouts. If I could, I'd workout much more than I do - but I've learned that some parts of my body can't match my desire for exercise. All I can do is carefully monitor the different aches & pains & make sure I stop well before injury occurs. Otherwise, I could be out for months with an even bigger setback. But I will succeed. DAY 154: Still a long way from achieving my Dunk Challenge, but at least now I'm recording the progress. Still 49cm from dunking. With the combination of losing the excess fat (approx +20% body fat, aiming to bring it down to 8%), building more stability in my knees, developing more power & strength in my legs, as well as mastering the jumping & dunking technique, I believe this goal is achievable. Age & old injuries are my biggest challenges, having already experienced a few injury setback during last year's challenge, I'm carefully monitoring my techniques, reaction to training sessions & speed of recovery. DAY 152: the planned workouts for today changed from Plyometrics to 30mins of cycling, leg press & bench press due to headache (ever tried to do Plyometrics with a headache? It ain't fun - nor do I believe it would be good for my health). Great progress made on the bench press & leg press - really happy! Be wise to remember that success depends on your attitude when things aren't going forward as well. There are always plateaus & setbacks to any journey, as hard as we try to avoid them, they are inevitable. It's then, you can focus more on celebrating the achievement of taking action and the efforts you put into attaining the goal. DAY 148: Only a little shocked to find that I had gained 3cm to my waist over the Christmas holidays having also given myself a free pass to drink & eat whatever I wanted (excluding alcohol) from 24th -31st December. It's a minor setback, but I guess that's what you get for making exception after exception in what food & drinks to consume during the holiday season. It all began with saying "okay, we can have Ben & Jerry's ice cream on New Year's Eve". Then seeing the expensive chocolates that were given as a gift & thinking "okay, I'll have some of those too!" It was that point I figured that it may be okay to give myself a 8 day pass to eat an drink whatever I want, but also playfully hold out on consuming the bad things from time to time to test my resistance to them. The other reason for the weight gain maybe also caused by the light sleep I experienced from not sleeping in my own bed (doesn't matter how comfy the bed, it's just something that sometimes occurs when I sleep away from home - though the boat ride is always far from comfy lol). Hope you did well over the holidays & enjoyed connecting with friends & family! Remember that setbacks will happen from time to time & to learn from them. Some setbacks you can develop strategies for to prevent them from ever occurring again. Others, can be out of your control an the lesson maybe to just accept that there was nothing you could've done to have prevented it in the first place. I wish you much success & happiness in 2017! DAY 147: tired, but back in Stockholm. It was hard to sleep on the boat from Turku last night, but I'm glad I spent some of that time on the boat clarifying my goals for 2017. DAY 146 (BOXING DAY 2016): time to say goodbye to Finland, but not before meeting more family & having a burger & my first coffee in a long time at a hip coffee shop name Tiirikkala (& apparently served by a singer famous in Finland - I'll have to check those details for you later). DAY 144: There are no excuses not to workout on your holidays. I'm not saying that you should exercise in a tiny space to get your work out, but I imagine you could come up with easy, simple & safe ways to do a workout away from home. On Christmas Eve morning I completed some squats, 3/4 pistol squats, sit-ups, push-ups & moderate jumps. The excuses you create are what lie between you an your goals. DAY 137 & 139: You don't have to be in a bad place to benefit from coaching, you might just to make things a little better or even speed up the realisation of a goal. Regardless, everyone can benefit from coaching. I myself have been had frequent coaching session to boost my performance & productivity whilst coaching others through challenges. Even though I'm productive without it, I find having a coaching buddy to talk to helps me optimise my mind for success & reminds me of what I'm truly capable of. Over these last 3 days I've focused on the part of coaching that I love - attaining wisdom! Reading, listening & watching anything I could find on human behaviour to not only help myself, but to better help my clients. I love attaining wisdom & learning new things, an there is a lot of wisdom out there if you know where to look. The problem is, many of us fail to actually apply the things we've learned on a consistent basis - an that's where a coach can help. A coach gets you turn your "shoulds" into "musts". If you think you should do something to make your life better, it may not happen. If you replace that "should" into a "must", the chances of you following through with action go up! DAY 138: I love coming to the gym to workout. I'm addicted to the feeling I get when pushing weights up & the satisfaction after completing a set. I'm proud of myself for controlling my desire to up the weights quickly, it's most likely saved me the pain of another setback of needless injury. After the workout there was a little pain though at the back of my left heel - an old basketball injury pain that comes back from time to time. I'll be sure to take it easy tomorrow so that it subsides quickly an I can get back to training on Thursday. Today's workout results - squats: 4x5 at 50kg & 2x5 at 55kg (up 1x5 of 55kg from last session). Deadlifts 4x5 of 40kg & 1x5 45kg (up from 5x5 40kg). DAY 138: What a week of surprises! I don't believe I've lost so much off my waistline in such a short amount of time, although I've never really cared to measure it so often as I have done lately. In the past, I always figured I'd lose the weight when I lost it, an not to focus so much on it till it happened. I was patient. I believed that good things can take time, but measuring my successes daily makes me want to do more of what I can to lose the fat more quickly, building momentum with each success (as long as I manage my emotions regarding the setbacks). 2cm more an I'll be down to the 87cm - my final measurement for the first successin12 challenge. I feel in control of my weight loss, an feel confident enough to consider slowing it down, as I want this process to be a healthy one. I know that losing weight too quickly can cause problems like gallstones, slowed metabolism, liver damage & other problems associated to fluid loss. DAY 136: feels great to know I could easily move up from last weeks 150kg reps to 180kg for 2x5. The warm up was 1x5 at 50kg, then 1x5 at 150kg. It's feels great to be this strong. I know I may have to slow things down due to previous injuries & let my body catch up in handling the weight. If you followed me in my last Successin12 challenge, you'll remember I injured myself numerous times trying to attain results too quickly. It was a painful lesson to learn that I need to take my time with my progress, that my body doesn't recover quite as fast as it used to. I've also looked to try an improve my diet, supplement & recovery plan. DAY 134: cardio time! 263 calories burned in 35 mins, average heart rate 128 bpm.The aim here is to burn calories & strengthen different muscle groups in my legs. DAY 133: It's always easier to jump higher with less fat weighing you down. At 5'9" I need to make every adjustment I can to achieve the feat of dunking a 10ft #basketball hoop. For all of you out there trying to lose weight, I know the setbacks you can face on a regular basis - most notably for me are the fluctuations of my waist measurements jumping back & forth all the time. Between the 94cm & the 92cm measurements there were plenty of numbers not consistent with the effort I was putting in. Once I even fluctuated to 96cm after the 93cm measurement just days prior. DAY 132: progress is slow, but I'm okay with that knowing that it's because of my previous injuries. If you had injuries before, you probably know what I'm talking about. It has taught me patience when it comes to seeing physical changes & improvements - I've learned to appreciate the gradual progress. Today's session started off with cycling & rowing for warm up, then stretches. The #weighttraining was mainly leg focused again beginning with #squats 4x5 50kg (skipped a set due to sore legs from Plyometrics on day 130), followed by #deadlifts 5x5 40kg which I should be able to increase the weights on during the next session to 45kg. 1 leg #calfraises was 2x15 16kg was next followed by #benchpress 4x5 40kg + 1x5 45kg. Warm down with sit-ups 3 max sets on the exercise ball & rowing, then stretches. DAY 130: Plyometrics workout day & it felt amazing. After the plyometric workouts I decided to see what my max squat was. 100kg was too much, but I found that I could do a half squat at 90kg. The max squat feels like quite a achievement for me. I'm aiming for a #maxsquat of 120kg, so I'm a little far off. DAY 129: no excuses! It's rest day, I but I still need do my 30 minute walk on rest day. It's beautiful here out in the snow. I refuse to buy into the seasonal depression mentality by looking for the beauty in everything around me & being thankful for the gift of life. I refuse to indulge in conversations about how depressing the weather is, as your feelings are a result of your focus. This doesn't mean that I don't believe that people are genuinely suffering from seasonal depression, or that I don't empathise with them - I do. But I won't be a victim of commiserations or pretend to take on the beliefs of others, just to avoid hurting their feelings, especially when the beliefs are destructive & debilitating. There is power in honesty, as it can set you free from the limiting beliefs of others & offer others a chance to see life through another filter that won't debilitate their ability to experience life to it's fullest. DAY 128: back to the gym. Today is leg press 1x5 50kg, 1x5 100kg, 3x5 150kg. That was a good burn, but I'd really like to see myself achieve this weight on a single max squat. Squatting a weight of 150kg would be a good indicator that I've built the power I need to dunk a 10ft basketball hoop, leaving me to work on my stability, speed & jumping technique. I'm still a long way, but I'm making progress. The last thing I need, is to push myself too hard an get an injury, so I'm happy to take my time for now. Additionally I did 1x 10 min warm up on the bikes, then 5 mins at a moderately fast pace before doing stretches. Regardless of whether I mention it or not I always do a warmup & warm-down followed by stretches before every session. DAY 125 & 127 Spending most of this time helping others attain their goals through online coaching - a very satisfying way to spend my time. Additionally, I've spent these days to rest from any intense physical exercise & maximise recovery with 30minute walks. These walks are also helpful in aiding me think up new ideas or solutions to challenges I've been trying to overcome, or even just to create some inner peace from the challenges. DAY 124: began reading Feeling Good - The New Mood Therapy by David D Burns, MD, and it's introduction has made for a good read so far. To be honest, I think I needed a break from reading biographies & the subject of psychology is always a welcome change from that. I've had this book lying around for a little while now, as someone I know recommended it to me as a helpful resource. I would've picked it up earlier had I not been frustrated with 2 biographies I've had trouble finding time/interest in finishing for the moment. My desire for reading this book has grown in recent times because of the people I've been trying to help in recent months. Additionally, it may also help maybe clean up any possible remnants of my past depression (always good to maintain one's own mind when helping others). Psychology has been a favourite subject of mine, ever since I tried helping my fellow students with mental illness in my teenage years. DAY 124: begins with an intense workout (for me) for only 35mins including warmup, warm down & dynamic stretches. This has been a great workout that I found on YouTube, it always leaves me soaked in sweat by the end - even though I find myself freezing in my apartment sometimes. It's a great way to start my day. There is no excuse to not workout with the vast array of exercise programs available at your fingertips. No gym membership - find a workout program on YouTube that suits you. The only drawback I'm finding is that I'm exhausted by midday & need a 30min power nap to recover. It's a luxury to be able to do this (joy of working from home), but without it I'm not at 100%. Don't get me wrong though, it used to happen when I had a job too, but I'd just push through it an still be amazing at my job - but why be wiped out, when you can be more effective with a 30min break, get more done & actually enjoy the process? There are plenty of success articles that suggest resting when you're tired so that you can power through more effectively & make better decisions later that day. DAY 123: working to get GESS gate for its debut on INDIEGOGO crowdfunding. Today began with talks with the inventor regarding planning for how to attain funds for the GESS Gate. DAY 117-119: This is my friend Cliff who has agreed to let me help him through this difficult time in his life. We agreed it would be beneficial to share his story in hopes that it inspires those of you who are going through your darkest of hours - to show that there is more beyond the darkness. Cliff has been battling depression, as well as dealing with severe chronic pain from a work accident. The accident has affected all aspects of his life, from feeding, dressing and taking showers. It has even prevented him from doing the things he loves, like drawing, bicycling and throwing a ball to his dog - simple pleasure most of us take for granted. He has been through the darkest of moments, having attempted suicide, as well as recently being admitted to hospital and put on drip because he wasn't eating. The amazing thing about this story is how Cliff is turning it around. Even with all that he's been through, and the challenges that lay ahead, his attitude towards life and the future look brighter. Cliff is now looking forward to completing his certificate 3 in Education Support and hoping to return to University. DAY 117: last session was plyometrics, this session is weight training. I feel weaker on the squats (back down from 55kg to 50kg 5x5), but stronger on deadlifts (still on 40kg 5x5) - I have no idea why though. Bench pressing the usual weight felt unusually difficult, considering I've been lifting the same weight of 40kg 5x5 for some weeks now. One leg calf raises was more difficult with on the usual 16kg 2x15. Even after almost 2 years, my right big toe is still sore enough for me to take extra precautions whilst doing the 1 leg calf raises. It gets better, but very slowly. I haven't tried jumping for a hoop for months now, so I'm going to have to record my jump height soon to help me assess my progress. DAY 116: Many years ago my mother, brother & sister were given shelter an protection by a charity organisation. It was during Christmas season that we fled for our lives leaving behind a majority of our belongings & precious memories. I remember being around 11 years old at the time. My mum felt bad that Christmas was right around the corner, an she had no money for presents. She explained to us that our love for one another was all we really needed, an that was good enough for me after a little convincing. But out of nowhere the charity organisation brought us all gifts. I couldn't believe it! It was one of the most heart felt experiences of my life to know that there were people who actually cared. That moment, amongst others, is the reason why I coached, cared & listened to anyone and everyone. Today I spent my time looking for ways to incorporate charity into my business plan. DAY 115: the words "accounting" & "taxes" strikes fear & bad feelings in the hearts of many - but there many of us out there that love these subjects dearly believe it or not. DAY 114: After a few hours of recording videos & editing I move on to working on my basketball dunking goals. Did some research to collect some new excises that could help me improve my jump, an found some exercises that were similar to the ones I had tried before. Additionally, because there is a box to jump on at my new gym, I can now add box jumping exercises to my routine. A great focus will be on stability & plyometric exercises. DAY 110-113: I have been working hard with a new app that automatically analyses some of the analytical data for Instagram - helping me tremendously with removing non follow backs, people who are inactive & rewarding those who support my posts with more focussed attention. DAY 111: After the gym, it can be hard to walk pastry desserts an say no. Since day 1, I've eaten perhaps 4 & now find my mouth watering at the sight of them. I drink the protein drink, but it's not enough to to silence my hunger. I think to myself "I can have 1 more an then I'll quit the pastries". I know that option will just postpone my opportunity to affirm my decision to quit, so I decided right there & then - "no more!" No more sweets, no more candy, no desserts of any sort - nothing with high levels of refined sugar! This act an the positive feelings associated with my decision are only the a step to giving up bad foods. Prior to this decision, I limited the consumption of bad sugary foods for 110 days. After today, I'll have to condition negative feelings to eating these foods & associate positive feelings to delicious fruits (the replacement for sugary foods). I'll then have to condition this for at least 4 weeks before it becomes an unconscious. DAY 111: After the closing of one opportunity, it's time to find peace in my workout. I've had a 3 day rest because of persistent pains in a big, ankle & heel, figure it wouldn't be bad to give them another days rest to help them heal. Raised 4 of the 5 squat sets from 50kg to 55kg. Deadlifts still feel like quite a challenge at 40kg 5x5, am I can feel a little strain coming through my left shoulder. Bench press is still at 40kg 5x5 & 1 leg calf raises are still 16kg 2x15. DAY 107: happy with with the amount of work I was able to complete with both Successin12.com & my workout consistency for the entire week. Today I managed to complete both a morning 30min cardio workout & a end of day weight strength training session with all workouts being 5x5. Deadlifts 40kg, bench press 40kg, squats 50kg (last set raised to 55kg), as well as sit-ups & various light weight sets to increase all-over body strength. DAY 106: A little over 106 days ago I measured my waist and was only 88cm. Today, I measured myself to find that I had increased to 94cm, which is right on the edge of potentially developing some serious health issues like heart disease & diabetes. In reviewing, I know that I've probably gained this extra weight due to drinking fruit juice daily, as well as the eating dairy cream (no additives or preservatives) with blueberries or a very simple homemade apple pie (no sugar or flour). I'll now remove all processed fruit juices & butter as an ingredient from the homemade apple pie. As for eating cream with fruits or apple pie, I'll only be eating such desserts immediately after a weight workout. I'll also slightly reduce my meal portions, continue doing cardio exercises 4-5times a week, 2 weight sessions a week & 2-3 rest days a week. DAY 106: it's a late rise today, as I had some #troublesleeping . As I look at my old favourite watch I realise just how much I've slept in - 9.30am! The #truth behind my #restlessnight begins with some #coaching articles I read. One talked about helping clients remove the #backgroundconversations in the #mind to help them attain greater #control of their #thoughtsandactions This is nothing new to me, but I found it was #key #fundamental to success that I was no longer a master of - an I #pride myself on #embodyingfundamentals of success, an not just teaching them. It annoyed me a little, but I instantly began using that #energy to attain a #state of internal #centeredness by #masteringmythoughts . For the rest of the night I practiced mastering this skill. When laying In bed, I attempted to put my #bodyandmind in the same state I used to when I was at my best & it was extremely difficult. My mind kept wandering & my body kept wanting to change position. I eventually tired out an fell asleep sometime in the early hours of the morning. But when I awoke, I felt my #mentalfocus had #improved. "It's good to feel this again" I thought. I'll keep to a promise I made to myself last night - that I'll #focus on #conditioning this way of #thinking for the next 4 weeks #guesswatch #success #successin12 #lifecoaching #happiness #mentalpower

DAY 105: My face after a cardio workout - that's a lot of sweat! I've been doing a cardio workouts whenever it's appropriate between my weight exercises & rest days. Today was the 3rd cardio session since day 1, an I figured I'd find it a little easier and upped my intensity in the beginning of the workout. By halfway through the 40min session I was dizzy & ready to throw up. I had to take 2 minutes to sit an compose myself before completing the remaining 20mins. I realise that I had tried to push myself too hard earlier on & was out of breath. The lesson I learned was that I needed to pace myself an up the intensity a little more gradually than what I attempted. Other than that, I'll also make sure I'm fully hydrated at all times, especially before commencing a workout and ensure that I've had some food 2hrs prior to working out. In addition to those preparations, I'll also work on my breathing, as it was shallow an uncontrolled during the session. Should this happen again, I'll check with my doctor. This is not advice for what you should do, it's only me sharing my experience. If you get dizzy during a workout, it can be serious - so take the precautions you believe you need to take. DAY 98-99: I've really enjoyed myself these past couple days an gotten a lot of work done on the website. I'm loving the snow too. It brings a smile watching the flakes swirl around in the air, it's hypnotic. There are kids passing by my window, happily diving into the snow that varies from 30 - 40cm deep, you can't help but grin at their antics. This is the beauty of life, being grateful for all that is. Someone is probably out there wishing for that which you take for granted. DAY 97: working on the Successin12 website again. Finding myself not agreeing with what I've written in the 2nd segment of the website & eventually re-writing the entire text. Despite some of the frustrations I'm learning a lot. Writing & sharing tools & strategies for success is doing what it's supposed to - helping me make all this wisdom unconscious again. I'll ask myself from time to time "what success principles could I practice now, even if this situation isn't related to business?" This allows me to build a wealth of analogies to describe how a principal is used & what situations a client can additionally practice principals in more than the required situation, giving them additional a opportunities to condition the principal unconsciously. DAY 95: 2nd workout for the week. Applying Bruce Lee's rule of not lifting weights you can't lift. Keeping things lite this time so I can maintain good form an increase the number of times I workout per week (hoping to up it to x4 per week). Workout numbers - squats: 50kg 5x5, deadlifts: 40kg 5x5, bench press: 40kg 5x5, 1 leg calf raise: 14kg 2x15, exercise ball sit-ups: set1:30 set2:20 set3: 25 + various other exercises with 2kg & 5kg weights to warm up. #weights #exercise #squats #deadlifts #strengthtraining #success #successin12 #purpose #passion #health #workout #selflove #lightweights #recovery #jump #dunk #basketball #shortdunker

DAY 96: if wasn't snowing enough yesterday, it's definitely tripling that effort today. Out for my daily walk & the wind is still coming through, despite me wearing 4 layers. DAY 95: perhaps my favourite fruit of all, persimmons are amazing. It's easy to be healthy with fruits like this. Warning though, they contain a lot on tannins if they are not soft & ripe. An unripened persimmon may make your mouth slightly numb, so I found out many years ago. DAY 95: So far we've raised $260 for Cedric & Julie which is great, thank you to those generous enough to give :) . Do you want to make a huge difference to someone else's life? The power of giving is an amazing feeling, an even $5 is a gift that can make a difference. Cedric & Julie's life hasn't been the same since Cedric had his stroke just months ago, just less than a year short of when they were due to get married. He can't do his job as a truck driver, because of the minimum waiting period of 6 months has to pass before he'll be allowed drive, let alone be cleared to drive a trucks, so the wait could be far longer. DAY 94: Important thoughts and ideas will come through you at unexpected moments. For me, it was 3.50am in the morning. Important things associated to my business started scrolling through my mind like a video that couldn't be put on pause or stopped. I got up an began typing away on my girlfriend's computer (because mine has died once again). I've learned to wake up an capture thoughts like this, as I'd only be robbing myself of opportunity if I didn't take action. After a few hours of constant typing I decide to make my way back to bed. Then, a few hours later, an I'm up again. This time adding some final touches to 2 parts of my website.
