BOOOTTTYY TIME πŸ‘πŸ‘. _____ Tag a friend who needs to train their booty! _____ Try this exercise the next time you're in the gym. Use a block, foam, mat, bosu ball, etc so that its soft on your knees and elevates you. This gives you a tighter squeeze on your glutes. Secure a band to a firm structure such as a cage and have it wrapped around your hip, the stronger resistance the band is the better the squeeze. Go weightless if you want to get used to the motion then add weight as you progress, using a barbell forces you to keep your core braced which means you get a tighter squeeze on the glutes. As weird as it sounds, the best glute contraction is felt if you imagine you are squeezing something inbetween your buttcheeks and holding it, don't let it fall...!! Create those mind-muscle connections and generate maximum glute contractile force. Remember to squeeze your glutes at the top of the motion and hold then release, conduct the exercise nice and slow for anywhere between 8-12 reps πŸ‘ŒπŸ»πŸ‘ŒπŸ». _____ ATTN GUYS: girls appreciate a nice bubble butt and solid gluteus maximus aswell πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‰ ladies amirite? NEW FAVOURITE CHEST EXERCISE ALERT πŸŽ‰. _____ Use this as part of your super set for chest, as an inbetweener exercise or a finisher. When done correctly, it give you amazing chest contractions. _____ Most people would have seen this exercise conducted lying down. Try it standing up with core braced throughout and follow my exact movements. Go nice and slow and hold for maximum contraction. _____ Again: 1. Brace core 2. Squeeze plate between palms 3. Bring plate below chest 4. Squeeze and extend until perpendicular to torso 5. Hold and repeat 6. Bonus - give it a 2 second push phase followed by a 2 second squeeze. Go hard and hit 12-20 reps πŸ’ͺ🏻πŸ’ͺ🏻

The best skating safety equipment is in the gym πŸ‘ŠπŸΌπŸ’ͺ🏼 I'm not going to let my shoulder stop me from skating if there is more that I can do to protect it. I've been meeting with a PT once and week plus two more solo sessions to build shoulder mobility and stability for the past month. With skating three other days a week that only leaves one rest day but if it is what I need to do to skate safely then so be it. Alternating between endorphin highs and sore muscle recovery mornings has been a rollercoaster 🎒 but I already feel a lot safer whenever I fall.

Some of you guys may follow my good friend @gymtuition πŸ’ͺ🏻. _____ A few days ago I made a post about surrounding yourself with people better than you and in many ways hes better than me, especially in terms of social media and marketing. We're like two peas in a pod, we both started the Instagram game at roughly the same time and we both set out to help others achieve their health and fitness goals. Hes more shredded than me but I'm much stronger than him... he also has bigger biceps than me 😭 but I blame my insertions πŸ˜‚. _____ Hes sponsored by @nike and I'm sponsored by @gymshark. Take this as an industry fact that a large majority of trainers are poorly educated, have a large lack of knowledge and only out for your hard earned money, this is a trend and being absolutely honest, people jump on trends to make money, I don't blame them for that.
