๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿฆ I just discovered my new favorite homemade "ice cream" that I made with literally ONE ingredient!! FROZEN BANANA! ๐ŸŒ no ice, no sugar, no cream, nothing else. I simply peeled and froze a banana and then threw it in a vitamix and blended it on the smoothie setting! It comes out so creamy and stretchy like real ice cream and it's so delicious! I garnished it with some cinnamon and basil and devoured it.

The #1 mistake I see in planks >> too much anterior pelvic tilt as shown first in the video where my lower back is swayed (slightly exagerrated). The second posture is the correct form. You can see the difference is slight, but it makes the world of difference. If you have too much anterior pelvic tilt, you really miss out on actually using the ab muscles. Oofta. So get in front of the mirror and check it out. What is your sitch? Are you guilty of the sway?
