Said I'd try and see if I could pull 70kg at 54.6kg body weight for 2 reps today anddd I did 😬.. Was trying to stay a bit lower than that but couldn't 🙄.. It may not be the best form just yet but I'm trying!! 😳🙂😳.. #illgetthere

Morning from me & pooch cause she appears to be sleeping on my dressing gown 😑👋🏽. Had a good quad & glute workout on Tuesday followed by a nice night in with lots of goods 😍😳🍧🍪🙅🏽🍴. Yesterday got in some hammies & calves... And today we got deadlifts later on so need energy 😳🙄. These @gymshark Fit leggings are just 👌🏽❤️, the material just hugs your skin perfectly and the waistband stays in place, not to mention how comfortable they are 🙌🏽❤️💯. #stilltiredthough

Here's the 65kg from yesterday, still not perfect but I'm working on it 🙄💁🏽🙄.. Didn't even think I was going to be able to pull it cause I wasn't even up for training 🙄🙃😅.. Need to work on my hips from going up so quickly, takes time I guess! But that's fine, no rush 🙂👍🏽.. If it went up the way it went down 🙄.. Ended up doing 4 sets of 2 reps .. felt screwed after words 💀 .. #babysteps

Day down 👍🏽.. Had a good workout yesterday, quads & glutes, done 3 sets of each exercise and until it 🔥🔥🍑😬.. Was really focused into my workout was 👌🏽😅.. Woke up at 54.6kg this morning 👍🏽👍🏽🙂. Today I got in some deadlifts & worked my way up to 65kg 😌.. was tired enough so was surprised but still need to work on my hips to not be shooting up so quick! Resting with 🐺 & 🍴now and need to relaxxxxx 🙃💤.

The resting was so needed today 💙.. Don't feel like a bag of 💩 that's ready to drop no more 🙄.. Got myself cleaned up which is nice to have the time for that, Ready for the gym tomorrow 👍🏽👩🏽🙂.. Just chilling now 😌🐺👋🏽 #restingisimportant

Deadlifts from yesterday with very little food in me .. worked my way up slowly, - 40kg, 50kg , 55kg, & then 60kg for 3 reps .. Tried to keep low but think my hips went shooting up quickly, But I'll take it 😅😬.. Then had to finish up quick cause no time left 🙄.. #littlechangeseverytime

Happy #humpday 🍑🙄.. Had a good day yesterday, then later on got in a glute & quad session & these new @gymshark Flex leggings are very comfy to wear .. like pjs 🙌🏽❤️.. Then after ate a lot of food and was bloated for a while but can't say no to it 😍🍩🍦🙄.. Today I got in a deadlift session and worked my way up slowly, was pretty good but I'm absolutely exhausted af now!.. 😅🙃

Okkk.. today I done, - Quads, Glutes & Deadlifts.. 🍑🍑🍑 Tried to focus and make sure that my form was better and to stay low enough.. kept that focus for the 1st and 2nd set which was, 1st set - 40kg by 7, which is shown here but cut short. 2nd set - 50kg by 4. Then I said I'd try to push it to 60kg for the 3rd set which I did.. but I didn't keep my focus to stay low enough.. my hips went shooting up too quick because I lost that focus and my mental focus.. it felt like a struggle and was hard, but I was surprised I even got it off the floor after loosing all my focus and becoming so distracted for some reason! 🙄😶 .. But yet I tried it for 2-3 reps and it felt like such a struggle and very slow, will of course have to work on it for sure!! Might show later 🤔.. My whole body was shaking like crazy after it, it was strange.. 🙃🙃

Yesterday done back & deadlifts.. And Yes I know I still have to work on my form more which will be worked on cause I do want to get better & stronger 👍🏽.. But here I done 3 sets, First set, - 40kg by 7, Second & third set, - 50kg by 3, Was hard enough but felt good I guess.. plus I was surprised that I didn't have a terrible workout seeing as I had such little food in me.. 🙄.. Someone decide to press the record button going into my 2nd rep and then end it but ok! 🙃.. Form shall be worked on for sure 🙂🙃🙂.. #causetheformpolice

Getting into my pjs and woolly socks after a long day gives me the happy feels 😌😌.. pineapple head this morning 🍍🙋🏽.. Was lacking energy like crazy today after being so drained from the migraine therefore I didn't have a good workout today but still finished it 🙂.. Glad the day is over .. now some comfort, series & food 😍.. #foodismylife

Very long day 😳🐢.. weighed in at 54.1kg this morning, plus a nice & welcoming migraine yet again, and it's still not gone!!! 👩🏽🔫💣💊.. Literally feels like my head is going to explode 😐🙄.. But training has been good so far this week, and got in, - Arms & shoulders today 💪🏽.. Now on the happy side I'm glad to just rest and relax.. need the peace, quiet & food 💤🙋🏽🍴🍑🌯🍗🌮🍲🍛🍫🍩🍚
