You're pretty special #tassie
Thanks for all the birthday wishes today! Took the fam for a @northeasttasmania road trip, such a beautiful part of our island!
This only my second visit to St Columba Falls (tassie's tallest waterfall), whilst other stops included @bluederby, @pyenganadairy for ice-creams, and finally the iconic @weldboroughhotel for @moobrewbrewery + @van_dieman beers and dinner!
How #beautiful is Cooks Beach on the #Freycinet Peninsula. #throwback from last Saturday.
Always have to pinch myself when running around the #Freycinet #peninsula.
Was fun giving @joshbarringeris the tour around the 30km loop, including over Mt Graham (approx 560mtrs alt)
What do you call a pair of trail running geeks/twats?
Post run recovery session = quad bike tour to Friendly beaches with @joshbarringeris 👌🏻
Shut the laptop. Chuck on running gear. Walk out the office. 1km later get sneaky views like this........ you're pretty good #Launceston 👌🏻
Moody mountains early in the Cradle Mountain Run.
Early morning light as runners ascend towards Marion's Lookout during the Cradle Mountain Run this past weekend.
Passing the beautiful old Du Cane hut, around 45kms into the Cradle Mountain Run ultra marathon on Saturday.
Big thanks to Leo the Lion for accompanying and inspiring me through another ultramarthon.
4th attempt at the Cradle Mountain Run ultra-marathon today. 80kms down the full length of #tasmania's iconic Overland Track.
Had predicted a time of 11:30 and finished in at time of 11:05 which I was really stoked with.
An absolutely beautiful course/landscape. What an honour!!
Thanks for running the article @examineronline..... now to go and run the race tomoz!
Home for the next little while......
Beaut morning for it! Cheers for the action-shot and for the company on the run @phill.v.r!
In 2 weeks time I'll be lining up for my 4th Cradle Mountain Run, 80kms down #tasmania's iconic Overland Track. I'm not in my best shape (far from it!), but it'll be a blast nonetheless. It's such an amazing privilege to be able to take part in this event.
As seen in this pic from the last run, I'm looking forward to chasing @k_mac_trailrunner again (can never catch her), but will sadly be missing my pacer - Andy of @kooeesnacksau (he's getting old, fat and bald)
Bring on some epic trails to kick off 2017!!
