Worked with @therealvivind on a couple things a couple weeks ago. 1. Balance when shooting the ball. 2. Passing, Rip Throughs & Pivots with a 3lb ball. 3. One dribble pull ups with a regulation ball with Pivots & Rip Throughs. 🏀👌🏽🔥

Simple as that 👌🏽💯 you can do something 100x wrong, but create bad habits. Why not focus on 20-30 QUALITY REPS and make it a good habit? Think about it. Apply it.

Conework, changing directions, counter crossovers to get your handle right for this high pressure situation defenders. 🏀 @deryk.sangal @kylevickery10

Before doing the counter cone drills, had them working with dribbling 3lbs balls, making hard crossovers at each cone, then moving that ball to the opposite hand to catch the next one for a layup. 🏀 Teaching them hand eye coordination, being able to change last min, and having that off arm as a protector.👌🏽 @deryk.sangal @carlosceja10 @kylevickery10

We worked on 1. setting a screen for a teammate to come off, then opening up to the ball for a layup. 2. Not getting the ball after the screen and hustling to the strong side corner for a shot!
