We worked on 1. setting a screen for a teammate to come off, then opening up to the ball for a layup. 2. Not getting the ball after the screen and hustling to the strong side corner for a shot! Trying to help build their IQ out on the court for easier baskets.👌🏽🏀 🏀 @ybg_beez @om__c @russell_barikdar @arya_gosar_ @b.reagan777 @dylan_callan

RAIN or SHINE if my guys wanna put in some work im there with em no questions asked. A little water never hurt anyone, might even help your jumper out a little bit. 👌🏽🏀💦 🏀 @kylevickery10 @arya_gosar_ @therealvivind @om__c @a.chen21_

Blessed to be able to watch the playoffs! 🏀👌🏽 #NBA #playoffs #warriors #trailblazers #game2 #strengthinnumbers

Field or in the gym can still improve your game! Lately, I've been working on their explosion. Quick reactions, exploding off one leg & jumping. First things to get tired during a game late in the game are the legs. Have to condition them to withstand or fight through it. 👌🏽🏀💪🏽 🏀 @arya_gosar_ @carlosceja10 @therealvivind @om__c

As a coach, you can tell at the end of the game who's ready to take that game winning shot or still believes we have a chance to win. The guys who are ready to listen to precise detail to what we are going to do and execute it are the ones who have their eyes and ears focused on each other. 💯👌🏽🔥🏀 thanks @puresweat for the pic!

We put in some light work since past weekend. Had them work on different reads off a on ball screen. 1. Splitting the screen, ball low, shooting it out in front. 2. Turning the corner on the defender. 3. Denying the screen as the defender goes under and cheats.🔥🏀👌🏽 🏀 @ybg_beez @dylan_callan @russell_barikdar @b.reagan777 @om__c @arya_gosar_

I always tell my guys this!! 💯you will never progress or get better in life, sports, work etc. unless you become uncomfortable so you can become comfortable...

Had to show my parents some love, gave them the first Tees of the new batch. Without them I wouldn't be the person I am today. The morals they have instilled into our family will forever be passed down. Through everything, they're the ones that ones that supported me from Day 1. If you ever see them around, say wassup they will show love to anyone me or my brothers know. 💯 #qualityrepsbasketball #Familia

To add on to my last video. I had them work on coming off screens and setting them up against an aggressive defender. 1. Have to do your best to rub shoulders when coming off. 2. Right before coming off pause, draw him in and READ & REACT to what the defender does against the screen.. 🔥👌🏽🏀 🏀 @jazzzy_bo @kylevickery10 @carlosceja10 @deryk.sangal @olivert.o

Playing in games, Rec Leagues or competitively I never wanted anyone to score on me. Always had a chip on my shoulder Cus I was usually the smallest one on the court. I learned that when you're trying to get someone else better you gotta put your pride aside to help build them up. I am officially becoming a professional bucket-taker. Had these guys work on creating your own shot within 3 dribbles of crossing half court. Yeah I wasn't playing full on defense, but seeing yourself make a move on someone else and seeing it go in helps build it that comfortability. Thanks to my guys that came last week to put in some QUALITY WORK! 🔥💯👌🏽 🏀 @jazzzy_bo @kylevickery10 @deryk.sangal @carlosceja10 @olivert.o

We worked on some good things this past weekend!! Had my guys working on going strong to the rim with the importance of a POUND DRIBBLE. Try going to the rim or by your defender with a soft regular dribble...either be ripped or you'll lose control of the ball. That pound will be the driving force you to go to the rim STRONG. 💪🏽🎒🔥👌🏽 🏀 @therealvivind @b.reagan777 @arya_gosar_ @russell_barikdar @_a.b.e._ @om__c

😂😂😂 steph out here fooling with em! To go back to one of my previous videos on how important a pumpfake and a simple jab step could be so nasty 😷🔥🏀

I like to keep it real simple with my younger guys. We worked on 1. Pumpfaking EFFICIENTLY! Have to pump fake like you are actually shooting the shot. Some pump fake too fast or don't even bother to setup their feet and bring the ball up. Take your time and sell it. 2. Hard jabs attacking the outside of the defenders foot to force them to drop or react. 3. Combine them, pumpfake, jab and go.🔥💯👌🏽🎒 🏀 @therealvivind @jveden.ty @russell_barikdar @arya_gosar_ @b.reagan777 @_a.b.e._

Throwback of @howiej23 2 DAYS before his ACL & Meniscus Surgery!!! He's already back in the gym lifting light! 🔥💯👌🏽 🏀

It's great to see when players really know what they need to work on to get better. @_a.b.e._ asked me to help him become more comfortable going to his left and finishing with his left. We worked on 1. Simple In N Out move with the left for a jumper (stationery) 10 makes. 2. Make 5 3pointers right after. 3. Dribbling & passing with your off hand. 4. Making moves to your left and finishing. 🔥👌🏽🎒🏀

4

We worked on the stop and pullback along with counters. 1. Go 100% attacking the defender. 2. Stop on a dime. 3. Pull back using a behind the back crossover. 4. Pull up or counter. Put this in your 🎒🔥👌🏽 Tag someone that needs this! 🏀 @trapboy__d @deryk.sangal @a.chen21_

The game of basketball is simple, so let's try and keep it that way. I had these guys working on things that are taught to you in 3rd grade, but incorporated in a faster pace and they still had trouble with it. Lol. Goes to show you that you have to stick to your roots! 1. Jump stops. 2. Pump fake. 3. Pivot (step through). 3. Jump off 2 feet to avoid traveling. 4. FINISH!!! 🏀 @russell_barikdar @om__c @52_toby @therealvivind @chvran
