Had my guys working on the Tony Parker/ John Wall Spin move. Pushing the ball & taking a hard step to the middle then spinning to the outside to finish. 2. Counter: half spinning and pivoting back and finishing the jumper or floater. ๐Ÿ€ @kylevickery10 @carlosceja10

I always preach that the work you put inside the gym should be of the highest QUALITY, but the person you are off the court is more important. Be a QUALITY INDIVIDUAL. Doing the right thing is always the right thing. Don't be known as the player that is great on the court but a questionable character off the court. Primarily, the focus was to work on Probing when coming off an OnBall Screen. Learn how to come off a screen hard, get into the lane, draw attention and collapse the defense and learn to kick to another teammate or pull-up/drive. ๐Ÿ€ @arya_gosar_ @carlosceja10 @om__c @b.reagan777

It's the little details we try to focus on that matter the most in games. Working on 1. pound dribbling. 2. pushing the ball out in front of us. 3. Exploding off our first step. 4. No negative steps. 5. Last finishing on the opposite hand. ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿฝ ๐Ÿ€ @arya_gosar_ @om__c @carlosceja10

Worked with @therealvivind on a couple things a couple weeks ago. 1. Balance when shooting the ball. 2. Passing, Rip Throughs & Pivots with a 3lb ball. 3. One dribble pull ups with a regulation ball with Pivots & Rip Throughs. ๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Simple as that ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’ฏ you can do something 100x wrong, but create bad habits. Why not focus on 20-30 QUALITY REPS and make it a good habit? Think about it. Apply it.
