A morning with rattlesnakes. Swipe left for more! The rattlesnake with blue eyes is a phenomenon called going blue or going opaque. The snake is getting ready to shed its skin. It is nearly blind at this stage and may take up to one to two weeks. The other 2 snakes have already shed their skin.

I was shooting fungus and had a visitor! The first 2 sounds are me and she stomps her legs to give me a warning. I make my last sound and she sounds the alarm and runs tail up to warn others.
