Throwing in a couple variations with training to keep it interesting and to help my #trainlikeagirl members with their form. . . . . Here we have a single arm cable row. I'm starting with a fully stretched arm and a slight body twist to fully extend the lat then the row is held at the top to make sure the muscles are all under tension. 10each arm, 3 sets... give it a shot πŸ‘Œ
