All of this! I took this past week off of working out and didn’t really stick to my #ketodiet but it’s ok! I needed this week off...since joining the #kickboxing gym, I was going 3-4 times a week (or more), on top of my 2-3 daily walks! It’s ok to rest, your body needs the time to do its thing. There is nothing wrong with that! Your body knows what it needs.
