Is your yogurt “good”??? There are SO many out there. So here is my super easy TOP TIP (applies to all dairy products).
Look at the /100g carbs column. The carbs should be no more than 6g/100g. Anything more than this means that there is ADDED SUGAR.
PS- also look at ingredients list and check that there’s no sugar there. We want to avoid added sugars at all costs! Not going to go into that whole side of things...
If you don’t eat dairy, coconut yogurt is even lower in carbs/sugar and is amazing for you 😊
