There is something to be said for putting in hard work and having noticeable progress each day as a result from that hard work. 🙌🏼

I totally used to be that girl when I was younger that ate what I wanted, participated in cheering competitively so I never really had to WORK to stay in shape.. fast forward to mid 20’s, tacking on a serious emotional eating habit and no confidence to get my bum to a gym... 🤷🏼♀️
I have always loved at home workouts because of that feeling of no pressure.. but it wasnt until THIS year that I’ve really felt in my element. Strong. Confident. All the feels!! This entire plan- workouts, nutrition, accountability, support... it’s the perfect storm for success in health and fitness. Especially if you are in a place of how I felt in my 20’s.. •
