Squats 6x3 @ 95kg - Then was meant to do Sumo Deadlifts @ 100kg but my right glute just wasn’t having it (gets weird with external rotation #narrowhipproblems πŸ™„) Sooo did conventionals instead which felt sweeeet 2x2 and 1x4 πŸ’ͺ🏻πŸ”₯ Finished off with some Spoto press and ring rows - @elysiumedinburgh -
