Fuck trappin’ with the shooters, I wanna run fast with the sprinters 😂😂 LOL why am I like this 🤓 • • • • For real though, I learned this week that I have hyper extended knees or some shit which in non medical/sporty terms basically means that my knees bend backwards ish and there’s more flexibility to them. Only when you slow videos like this down do I personally feel and see the difference. Notice how during the high knees I’m almost leaning backwards.. no bueno.. and then as soon as the high knees end and the sprint starts, the knee drive drops immensely and therefore I feel as though I’m falling forward and then the arms go out the window, as well as the speed, and it all just dies lol .. really working on consistently getting a decent start and hoping speed improves once other things are in place.. right now I’m running 40m in 5.68 I think.. tryna make that 5.20 😂😂😛😬
