I’ve always been torn between training strictly heavy vs high volume to grow my delts and have been pretty stoked with the results I’m getting from my latest efforts, which is a combination of both. I’ve also been doing a crazy amount of warmup supersets with each workout to get the blood flowing and joints prepped... talk about muscle burn, holy hell! As much a I love lifting heavy ass weights, there’s absolutely no reason to go heavy all the time and wreak havoc on the joints, especially since I’m no spring chicken... bawk bawk!🐓💪🐔
