Morning power walk, first time I’ve done this with 60 lbs strapped to my back. Not too bad for the first half mile or so, but I was really feeling the burn in my calves and shoulders by the 1 mile mark. I kept telling myself to ignore the pain and keep going. Was able to get 2 miles in just under 44 minutes. I’m beat, but feeling accomplished!
