Pulled a double session today and my ass is whooped. Heavy sets of 5x5 squats and over head presses earlier today then tonight was pull-ups/dips supersets. My goal was 100 reps of each in 30 minutes, broken down into multiple sets of course. Got 100 dips in, but puttered out at 60 pull-ups. Gotta keep grinding til I get it!
