Research shows that contact with nature can boost your mental health! The endorphins and neurotransmitters released during exceraize also improve mental clarity and emotional stability. 🔬I definitely notice an improvement in my mood and mental clarity after I get outdoors and explore. That's why I've made this a priority amongst all of the other craziness in my life right now. It's also nice to get out and appreciate the word I spend all of my time studying. 🌏  I don't really like the gym, so I've taken up beach volleyball and swimming and I've been loving my standard hikes and climbs here and there. What are you doing to prioritise self care? 💕
