NEW CLASS TIME // Recovery Class with Michael Black // now every Thursday at 6:30pm!
This is a weekly this 45 minute specialty class focuses on recovery using a variety of techniques to increase range of motion, decrease soreness, and help prevent any potential injuries. The class combines stretching, foam rolling, ball rolling, and range of motion drills to target hard-to-reach areas that stretching just won’t hit. Our teacher for this class, @michaelblackrolfing, is an experienced bodywork specialist (and CrossFitter) with years of yoga and Rolfing under his belt.
