That I’m not nearly fit enough to do it well!! Not true at all! I love the variations and flexibility of all the coaches to work with me on different approaches to get work done! And I feel great!

That you’ll get hurt. I mean, I am nursing an injured shoulder now but not due to CrossFit and if you have good coaches they will help you modify.
