Looking to pack on some lean mass or move more weight on Olympic lifts? Maybe you'd like some more muscle endurance for WODs?

Look no further. Well designed strength and hypertrophy training is a fantastic complement to Olympic lifting and CrossFit.

We're excited to announce that CFL will begin offering personalized programs as well as personal training to our community through our very own Coach Chris Hightower.

Plans will begin with an individual needs assessment followed by programming focused on meeting those needs through a mix of strength training elements. An emphasis on hypertrophy and maximal strength training will give you increases in both muscle size and muscle potential. As always, if there is something specific you desire (i.e. get pull-ups, stronger back squat, bigger arms, mobility, etc.) we can program that into your training regimen. Plans will typically follow a 4-week progression with weekly check-ins. The goal here is to build functional strength that will translate over to Olympic movements and muscular endurance for WODs.
