🇪🇦 Más abajo. 🇬🇧Deck squats. These are mainly good for your legs and butt. You need an adequate amount of hip flexibility to be able to perform the squats in a controlled manner and not just fling your butt on the ground mindlessly. If you find it difficult to get back up, you can always use your hands to support yourself on the way back up. With time, you'll find that you no longer need to touch the floor with your hands.
