Happy First Day of Spring. Today, take 1, or 2, or 5 minutes to just pause outside, take 10 deep breathes, and centre yourself in the moment.
Think about 1, or 2 things for which you are grateful.
Notice how you feel before and after a brief mindful pause in your day.
