This is how I started to Calm The Storm in my house. Living with a ASD child and a toddler on the spectrum is not an easy road. We have been able to calm this storm. A lot of people ask me where do I start? How do I start making changes in my life? My first response is always to add magnesium. We alternate between magnesium chloride and epsom salt every other month. When we started this in my kids baths, I did not have high expectations. I had read about all the benefits of magnesium so I figured it would not hurt. What happened was amazing. Meltdowns were less frequent, Sleep got better and better, behaviors got better, not all the way, but there were huge improvements. We saw the best changes once we changed foods... (More to come on that later.) Magnesium opened the door the allow all these other changes to take place. Open this door. It is the easiest place to start and has maximum benefits on all health. If you wanna up the benefits, add some essential oils. My favorites are lavender, or cedarwood, or melaleuca, or onguard if your starting to fight some seasonal colds. Pro tip: add oils with a few drops of Castile soap to help the oils mix in with the water better.  Some of the benefits of magnesium include:
