A dream was realised last week, I got the opportunity to have residency, cooking for a group on a retreat. This was a real chance to express my feelings regarding food, while keeping a close attention to detail, nutrition, energy & intentions. It was a culmination of the last 10 years & especially as this incorporated the work I've been focusing on while in Cyprus. 0% waste, plant based, gluten & sugar free, it definitely had its challenges but we all got alot out of the process. Its a reminder of how far I've come, being able to demonstrate the importance of the connection we have to our bodies through food.
