FRIDAY FOCUS 👀 I’ve been posting a lot about how I’m feeling really good in my body recently and today I am #11monthspostpartum (happy 11 months Max!). Word is getting round more & more just how important it is to really take your time after having a baby to rehab and safely re-strengthen your body which is awesome! We need more though! More education, more discussion, more aftercare from the NHS.

I’ve been quietly progressing in my Pilates with the incredibly knowledgeable Gabby at @themovementstudio.london & my core is feeling 🔥 Doing Pilates postnatal supports all the other stuff I love doing like weight training, classes & picking up Max out the bath!! 👶🛁 #friday #fridayfeeling #pilates
