FRIDAY FOCUS 👀 I’ve been posting a lot about how I’m feeling really good in my body recently and today I am #11monthspostpartum (happy 11 months Max!). Word is getting round more & more just how important it is to really take your time after having a baby to rehab and safely re-strengthen your body which is awesome! We need more though! More education, more discussion, more aftercare from the NHS.
