Just as with any other exercise, try to make it harder over time ⏳
Your only focus shouldn’t be to do these for an extended amount of time
If you keep that going, you’ll be planking for a couple of hours in a couple of years 😅
Add weight and do it for longer than 3 minutes... there’s just no point to it 👊🏻
