My buddy @pjbraunfitness has a beautiful Yellow Anaconda ! He was a little nervous upon his arrival to @blackstonelabs_official which caused him to be a bit defensive in his new surroundings . Before giving you the routine‼️ here’s a fact about my mindset; when it comes to training I don’t like to spend hours at the gym, I have too much of a busy schedule to spend an hour doing cardio and when I finish my workouts I just wanna get out!
