@ TAG SOMEONE TO DO THIS WORKOUT @ Not time today for much, so I made this little GVT/HIIT circuit. 225lb Deadlift for 10 reps, into 115lb STRICT standing shldr press for 10, straight into 25lb med ball slam for 10 reps. No rest. 10 total rounds for 100 reps per exercise. Total time 29:15. 434 total calories. I’m going to be frank; because I love you. December seems to be the favorite time of year to table personal growth. But it doesn’t have to be! How many times have you hit the pause button on your pursuits during the holiday season? Been there! How about the rationalization of ridiculous behavior because, “it’s the holidays” ?!! Totally been there! OR, the worst one of all, WAITING until the new year to start that dream project, get in shape, start writing that book, start that podcast, start that new biz, start writing that new script, start that YouTube channel, start planning that trip — the list goes on...Never wait! If it’s meaningful to you, and you can’t get it out of your head, don’t wait. CREATE. Plan and execute now! If you’re inspired to get fit, plan and execute now. If you want to lose weight, plan and execute now! Much can be accomplished in 30 days and much can be avoided, #choices — As we go into our last month of 2018, I urge you to keep your personal goals alive. Don’t let the holidays get in the way and don’t use them as an excuse to not start. Just show up, whatever that looks like for you. Stay focused. Stay true to you. You don’t owe anyone an explanation as to why you’re doing what you are doing to better yourself and improve your life. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The saying is def true, there is no substitute for hard work. This is a big moment for me. I’ve avoided deadlifts for almost 15 years because of my low back. However I’ve been working with @osteostrongla and my back has been getting stronger! Today I did ten rounds of deadlifts adding weight very two rounds. My finishing weight was 370 pounds. This is a huge success for me! I’m so excited that my back didn’t give me any problems. Onward and upward from here!
