Don't forget ridge, green team meetings every Tuesday at lunch in room 101. We're starting this week with opportunities to get those much needed volunteer hours and will be doing the plant draw 🌲 #irhs #irhsgreenteam #ecoschool #earthwarrior

Outside is his happy place 🌲 || you can throw a snowball at me later for posting a snow pic in the summer but I'm a fan of this outdoorsy guy and that we could come back to this exact spot 5 months later to fish, canoe, and take in the glass of Cameron Lake for his bday this weekend -- pretty much just us and @bathlambb! 😜🀘🏽 #HBDdad @arlenbennett

My heart aches for Waterton and the surrounding areas ❀️ #35mm #canonae1program #filmisnotdead #prayforrain

Our summer's consisted of about 247 different pictures of us kayaking that all look similar to this one, but I honestly wouldn't have had it any other way #inlovewichoo #andouradventures

β›° β€’β€’ I hate waiting the appropriate amount of time before posting again... So I'm not gonna ;)

So while I dig out of the hideous mess that comes after a two-week, family-of-seven road trip (with a van that is too tall for a drive-through car wash πŸ˜‚) and start slaying my long to-do list, I am mentally composing the blog post a few of you requested. It will be called "How to Survive and Even Enjoy an Epic Family Road Trip (For the Adventure Reluctant)." 😁 The first bullet point is this: you need an awesome partner. Guys, this trip was a HUGE stretch for me. I was kind of terrified. But @taylorcropper had planned like crazy, is a human map, did everything in his power to make me comfortable while camping, managed to stay positive 99.9% of the time, and modeled for the kids how to grab life by the horns and make every adventure a memorable one. Case in point, he stripped and jumped into glacial-fed lakes literally every chance he had. Naturally, the kids followed. He is the founder of all the fun and adventure and we love him like crazy for it. πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ’š

Sometimes you have to enjoy your own company πŸ‘Œ
