Good food-good mood? ๐Ÿค” Do you believe that some food can help us with #sadness and #depression? I believe so! Let's think together... Some people when they are not in the mood listen to music, some go shopping, but the majority go directly to their fridges to get some ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿฏ๐Ÿจ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿช๐Ÿฉ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿซ and it's good if we eat only a piece of cake, not the entire ๐ŸŽ‚๐Ÿ˜‚. No wonder, sweets help our organism to produce serotonin - hormone of happiness. Our body produces serotonin by itself, it only requires amino acid - tryptophan (during the synthesis serotonin is formed). To make sure that good mood is always with us we need to eat fish, liver, coconut, cheese, bananas, mushrooms and beans ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป. Of course, chocolate is a great source of happiness and I'm pretty sure, for majority of us it's also the tastiest ๐Ÿ˜‹source but we have to remember that it's usually high in sugar and trans fats ๐Ÿ˜ฌ so let's at least eat dark chocolate and 80% cacao or so.
