It's crazy how it's been over 3 years since I walked into this empty warehouse. I've seen the highest of highs, and also the lowest of lows. People come and go, but I always knew that I have myself and my business partner to rely on. To say I've gone through some obstacles would be a severe understatement. There were days when I asked myself "why the hell did I decide to open a gym???". There were even more days where I wanted to sell it and move on to another project but a little voice in my head never let it happen. I'm proud to say that we've renewed our lease!!! Thank you to EVERYONE that has ever stepped foot inside this gym and supported us. I am forever grateful for everything. - Mike

🚨445 x 2 PR @11 rpe, energy levels are so low and i had to dig deep for today. Dont usually like hyping myself up for a lift, but had to for today. I think the calorie deficit is finally hitting me. Hoping this taper will do me well. 2.5 weeks out and bdwt is 150ish now

On a rest day looking back at my squat progress from the last 5 months. Built it up from box squats at 135 for sets of 10 to 570 for a single. Looking forward to the progression I'm working towards in the next 6 months while being 100% injury free. Going get some adjustments made to it by the godfather (@drrobmorano) in the next little bit. To bring it to the next level. 700 is the goal for Janurary.

435 3s - original plan was to work up to 485 3s, but just wasnt there today. Hopefully when i begin to taper away volume and fatigue is lower my deadlift strength will come back. Deadlifts been a mess

Some paused triples - Squat feeling more stable. Had to dial back this week. A little off plan but thats okay . One thing ive picked up on for stress management is that when i start dreading the next session, its time to recover and let my body and mind adapt, instead of pushing through to salvage progress. No need to risk crumbling and hitting a wall in progress.

335x4x4 on front squats today getting better with squats again every week on a 6 month ramp up using different squat variations to increase relative intensity as I progress up should lead to back to my old numbers. After the 6 months it's time to hunt 🐻. Did 385x3x5 @ around 6-7 RPE today . Struggling with depth, and form for squats feeling offish. But i find this usually happens in the first 2ish~ weeks of a training block for squats. In past training blocks, i usually start finding my groove past the 2 week mark. So hopefully the momentum begins to shift soon. . Also going to be dialing back the volume this week before i make my last stretch into my peak #4weeksout

Infamous red wall and me benching - name a better duo. . Managed to do 305 x 3 x 2 @7-8 RPE then some back off 4s. Somethin bout heavy doubles i find that i get a good training response with. Cant pin to exactly why, but if it works, it works πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ. Part of the game is finding trends in your performance and recycling the training stimulus you get the best results from. Kind of just BSing my programming tbh, i have no idea what im doing but i think im getting stronger πŸ€”
