REAL TALK (excuse my face): You will never hit a point when workouts become "easy". This is not the journey for that. This is a journey that trains you to explore the uncomfortable, to push your limits and sometimes downright scare yourself. First time putting up 105's (after 7 sets of flat bb Bench). It was noooot easy. I was aiming for 5 reps (both times), I got 3. They were a struggle and they were scary. So what? You heal up, rest up, come back next week and try again. Because now, I know that I CAN HANDLE 105's. And that's a powerful thing.

Playing around with javelin push presses at 115lbs @forgetoronto ... Overall grip strength and shoulder stability are the two main takeaways from this. Alright challengers! Step right up. If you want a leg day challenge, save this bad boy and repeat. You need a barbell, a sled, and kettle bells. How much weight do you put on the sled? You simply increase the weight on the sled until it feels like you are pulling a TRAIN πŸš‚ That was either 225 lbs or 270 lbs on the sled...lost count πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ
