Today a dream that I have had since I was young finally came true. I am now officially on a mission trip in Kenya. I don't know what God holds for the group over the next two and a half weeks, but I trust that His will will be done. Today we kissed giraffes, petted baby elephants, and were introduced to the wonderful Open Arms Village we will be serving. I appreciate all the prayers and support from my brothers and sisters in Christ. โœŒ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ‡ฐ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ’•

Kenya Ministry Team arrives in about an hour. I've enjoyed a couple of days to rest and prepare for 6 very full and intense days of ministry starting tomorrow. I've also gained a new appreciation for everything that goes on behind the scenes to simply feed everybody for a week! @openarmsinternational catering team takes such good care of us!

AND...she keeps the knife extra sharp so it slices easier and has never once cut herself. She's so good at it cause she's been doing it since birth. I'd be like, sorry about the finger in the greens.

5 min of this for fighting with sticks seems just about right. I'm gonna institute this with Sam. I think he'll go for it.
