Every time I was doing a set I tried to bring my legs lower to feel it more in my abs area but it was so hard for me BUT I will work on bringing my legs lower 👌🏼 okay😊

Hola love. Well yesterday Thursday I decided that I have to do a pull up.. but I couldn't because I never have done a pull up in my life .. so now I deturment to do more then one pull up so I am gone keep trying and training my back strength more often 💪🏼😀💥
