I challenge you to look yourself in the mirror right now and ask yourself this question. - “ How did I get here? “ - Most people including myself have felt as if we should be so much further in life and somehow life was harder for us and more unfair for us than others. - Like I said I’m guilty of this. It wasn’t until I took responsibility for my life that this mindset started to change. - Despite anything my parents may have done , my friends may have done , where I grew up etc... I was and still am responsible for where I am in my life. - And that means that if I’m not where I want to be in life I have to make that adjustment to get there. - The “blame game” was only cool as a song by Kanye but in reality it shows immaturity and weakness. - So again if you aren’t happy with where you are in life and you constantly blame the environment around you then this question is one that you need to ask yourself ASAP because your life is in danger if you don’t realize you’re the reason you are where you are today. - The people whom I have tagged are people who I believe in that are great examples to follow in regards to people who took control of their own lives and understand that they are responsible for their own growth and no one else. Chest Training ALWAYS was a struggle for me over the years! At 18 I dislocated my right shoulder mid workout which resulted in immediate shoulder surgery. If you are someone having trouble with amping up your workout to the next level you may in fact have issues with your energy production. - As you already know. We don’t have that same feeling in the middle of our workout that we have at the beginning. But in case you were ever wondering why? Or wondering how to effectively break past that next plateau for a more intense workout. Here is a little bit of science behind it. - Here is the main reasons I take Creatine and Glutamine everyday. - During physical activity our body uses different systems in the muscle to fuel us through depending on how long the workout is. This is a chemical reaction that turns ATP(adenosine triphosphate) into energy in the muscle cells. As the muscle continues to work our energy levels in the muscle decreases and ATP must be replaced. When there isn’t enough creatine in the body to make this happen we become sore and lactic acid builds up. While supplementing with creatine we are able to prolong this process of recreating ATP for longer workouts allowing us to get stronger. - Now as for glutamine. - Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in our body. When we put our muscles under stress amino acids are used to break down proteins to help build back the muscles. Restoring glutamine will help eliminate muscle breakdown, aid recovery, and boost our immune system to help decrease cortisol levels and catabolism. - You can take creatine and glumatine before you train with your preworkout and after you train with your post workout shake. - I hope this post finds you well. # # "I can really see it in your face!" # # Anyone who's lost a significant amount of weight has heard it. And everyone always responds the same way "Thanks but I don't see it" Well I see it!! [new blog post] Self-love is a very crucial element to a healthy mind and body. There are women who are so distraught with the bodies they have that it affects their mental health as well. Looking in front of the mirror every day and smiling or telling yourself that you are ‘your kind of beautiful’ makes the mind active. No good has ever come from being too harsh on yourself.

MORNING MOTIVATION!!!!!! . So the past few weeks I have been training Jeff at my house and first we worked on his diet and now we are seeing some good changes in his workouts and improving his cardio as well. . Jeff stared taking some @1stphorm vitamins and goin to start with protein also. We have Jeff do Lots of core strength and end with a Burn out of cardio. When he started he could only do about 20-25 seconds of battle ropes. Now he is killing it and doing 45 seconds and not as winded and hits the next reps of ropes faster. . What makes training him fun for me is that I used to train his son @strangetraining and now that he is at boot camp for the military now Jeff is at my house working out. Two years ago today I woke up and it was the morning of my first bodybuilding competition. My life has been forever changed since that day and what a crazy ride it has been. I wouldn't trade this life for the world. I've met so many amazing people and have learned so much about myself, others & the sport of bodybuilding. It's lit a fire in me that I never knew imaginable and has taught me to love myself in new ways that I will forever be thankful for. About a week out from Miami Nationals last year. My favorite prep to to date because of my mindset. . . . This look took hours of training and weeks of strict dieting to achieve. Having that end goal kept me working hard every single day and seeing the results was the best part! . . . My look is way different right now and that’s okay! If I wanted to get here again, I can....but I know it’s not a look I can live with daily while still enjoying life. I’ll prep for a show again one day, but now I’m just healthy and happy 💙 . . .
