First trip to #localbutchershop. I got this five pound sealed bag of #beeftrim for a buck a pound. I very much desire to #supportlocal so when I went in with questions, the butcher was very kind to give his time and info. I told him I’ll def be back! #2020carnivorechallenge #beef #missourimeat #tallow #renderedfat

Coffee. A beautiful morning ritual that I am unsure if I need to or even want to let go of. I have gradually cut down my caffeine until I'm now only drinking decaf. I ha've tried drinking homemade beef broth but it's just not the same. So for the moment, I will continue to enjoy my morning coffee, blended with butter and collagen. #carnivore75hard #carnivore #keto #lchf #lowcarbhighfat #meatheals #dirtycarnivore #eatmeat #eatmeatdrinkwater #carnivorediet #bodybybeef #eatmeatmakefamilies #eatmeatbehappy #buttercoffee #bulletproofcoffee #collagencoffee #2020carnivorechallenge

I've been craving comfort food now that it's turned colder in the UK. So for lunch, I whipped up a bowl of beef mince in bone broth, topped with soft boiled eggs 😍 #carnivore #keto #lchf #lowcarbhighfat #meatheals #dirtycarnivore #eatmeat #eatmeatdrinkwater #carnivorediet #bodybybeef #eatmeatmakefamilies #eatmeatbehappy #2020carnivorechallenge

I didn't think that I needed help. I was happy and healthy eating the NHS guidelines... Until my husband started his journey into the carnivore diet. I joined him partially out of solidarity/support but also a lot of curiosity. Could I give up sugar? Carbs? Coffee??! Would I look and feel better for it? I tentatively started in May as a 'dirty carnivore' (read a lot of brownies!) and transitioned slowly. This September 2019 I completed a 30 day carnivore challenge and felt amazing for it. So what could a whole year bring? Now here I am, putting myself out there and publicly committing to eating carnivorously for the whole of 2020. Until then I'm going to continue being mostly carnivorous, except I'm swapping those brownies for mince pies 🎄 #2020carnivorechallenge
