2 weeks of a consistent workout routine and I'm already seeing results. 2 weeks! This is insane. Don't get me wrong, I'm definitely putting in the work to get these results, but it all comes down to following the program and being mindful of your nutrition. I haven't been perfect with my nutrition as you've all seen, but I am taking the time to be more mindful, and it's helping me see results. Baby steps are the first steps, don't you forget it! I want to note that this is why taking photos/measurements is more important than your weight. I have not lost a pound since starting this program (I put on a solid quarantine 10). If you would have told me last month that I'd be doing double what I have for years, I would have called you crazy... But here I am, upping my workouts and loving it. Yes I know, it's not Christmas (even thought it felt like it at the beginning of the week) . You see this picture and you probably see just a girl using props around christmas. I see this picture and I see someone "walking on sunshine". . I've worn this top so many times, but this time was different. This time I got a "OMG, you look amazing". This picture was taken only 2 weeks after i started my fitness journey. I really felt like i was "walking on sunshine". . This compliment felt so rewarding to me. I've been complimented before, "love your shirt", "the color looks great on you". I think the compliment was targeted more towards my ear to ear smile, my happiness overall and my stance. . Remember that was only 2 weeks of my journey and I was not even a inch towards my goal. It just felt amazing overall. . So, would you like that "walking on sunshine" feel? What are you waiting for? I AM.. TRIUMPHANT. I'm not feeling myself tonight. I wasn't my positive self, didn't want to show up today. I want to eat my feelings.. I want all the sweets... To say I'm not struggling in starting this new program I'm doing, would be a complete lie even with only it being the second week.. Totally rubbish at posting sorry!! Breakfast- made our left over veggies from Sunday into this lovely bake. Mushrooms, potatoes and Leeds with an egg! And some beans. Lunch - a big salad. Only syns are for the light mayo on the home made potato salad. Peppers, lettuce, cucumber, egg, potatoes, onion, chicken!
