I am up and at the gym by 5/530 depending on the day. The morning workouts not only set me up for the day but ensure I have NO way of missing out on a day of progress because โ€œsomething important came up.โ€ Itโ€™s done before the sun even rises! #WINNING Caffeine is my drug of choice so my workouts are rarely.. okay NEVER fueled without my pre workout. The first couple months of dating, Iโ€™m pretty sure I hardly ate anything in front of Chase, like maybe a salad, but I was always would just smile and say โ€œIโ€™m not hungryโ€. It was still new, and I was shy and I didnโ€™t want him to think I ate? Like of course I eat, gimme a cheeseburger โ€œIM STARVINGโ€ was going on in my head but in reality it was like, yes this piece of celery will tide me over all weekend ๐Ÿ˜‚. I wanted to be as TINY as I possibly could be, because โ€œtinyโ€ is cute. Once I became more comfortable around him we got into a horrible routine eating out all the time ๐Ÿ•๐Ÿ”๐ŸŒฎ๐ŸŒญ, spending lazy nights on the couch, and drinking too many adult beveragesโ€”> I definitely gained a decent amount of โ€œlove weightโ€ after 6-8 months of dating ๐Ÿ˜ณ (see picture on the left). I became really unhappy with everything! My clothes didnโ€™t fit, I had no energy (it was so hard to force myself out of bed in the mornings), work became miserable, it felt like EVERYTHING was just spiraling downhill for me. >Something Had To Change< 5 months ago I went all in to improve my lifestyle and and I drug Chase along too because I wasnโ€™t the only one that gained love weight ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜ฌ Iโ€™m DOWN 9 pounds and 17 inches on my body and My handsome future hubby is DOWN 21 lbs!! Lifeโ€™s never been better ๐Ÿค—! My energy has increased, I fit in my clothes, feel AMAZING all of the time and I eat WAY MORE now then when I gained all the love weight! Do I work out hours a day? HA, ainโ€™t nobody got time for that! ๐Ÿ˜œ, Want to feel amazing in your skin? Somethings gotta change? Tired of being tired? Iโ€™m here to help when you when youโ€™re ready ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ“ฒ.

Haha I snoozed. Even though my alarm tells me not to. I made the mistake of keeping my phone by my bed and staying up too late on it last night. OTF kicked my butt today! 536 Calories It's been awhile since I've gone to a 5 AM class and I was quickly reminded why I love it! I'm done before the sun comes up which frees me up to do other things throughout the day! Plus, I am SO much more energetic during my workout and throughout the day. TRUST ME, it is not easy to get up that early! Especially with an almost 2 yr old who still gets up 2-3 times a night. ๐Ÿ˜ก Even with that, I've never been disappointed that I got my booty moving. Here's some tips to create a healthy lifestyle: 1- Choose a time of day to workout AND stick to it no matter what! 2- Prep lunches and/or dinner the night before or on Sundays. 3- Go to bed at a decent time..... TRY! 4- Listen to personal development on your drive to work, on the way home, and anytime you can squeeze it in! I'll list my favs soon! 5- Get yourself a coach! Someone to hold you accountable, that won't sabotage you, and who holds you to your goals! Someone who gets how hard it is and knows the struggle!๐Ÿคš PICK ME, PICK ME! ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿป๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ’œ

Hey Sandy! Meet Anthony!!! Unless you are awake at the crack of dawn you might not know who "Kiwi" is! He works out with the 5 am crew! We just wanted to give him a huge shout out!! Anthony started his fitness journey with OTF 2-3 weeks before the weight loss challenge at the end of last year.... He has lost 3" off his chest and 2.5" off his waist and is down 18 pounds! He started OTF to get into shape for Vintage Road Racing!! His bike is a 1969 Triumph that he has done all the work himself with help from some close friends. Kiwi also competed in the Dri Tri here in Sandy a few weeks ago and rocked it! We are so proud of you and all of the hard work you have put into your workouts! Coach Deb loves having you in class! My new favorite go to energy drink! Not because of the large amount of caffeine in it but for the CREATINE. A lot of times individuals think of creatine as a sports supplement product and associates it to bulking to "retain water weight". Out of all supplements to be taken, creatine is the most studied and with great results. Crea in Greek means the creator. Creatine in our body helps it make energy through the form of ATP. Obvious when we are working out, we use energy so the higher amount of energy our body is CAPABLE of creating, the higher amount of creatine is needed to be taken to HELP create more energy. So what does energy have to do with a 'potent brain'? (First off, potent derives from a more common word we think of, which is Potential.) Your brain on an average day uses 20% of your body's energy. that's a 5th of your energy for the day, just to think! So increase your body's capacity of MAKING energy increases your overall cognitive functions physically and MENTALLY.
