Oltre che non essere adatta a tutti, serve moltissima concentrazione per enfatizzare il carico sul petto piuttosto che sulle spalle. Personalmente quando uso la panca piana con bilanciere inserisco sempre un fermo in basso dove cerco di concentrarmi sul massimo stretch e sul massimo coinvolgimento del pettorale nella risalita. In addition to not being suitable for everyone, it takes a lot of concentration to emphasize the work on the chest rather than on the shoulders. Personally, when I use the flat bench press, I always insert a stop at the bottom where I try to concentrate on the maximum stretch and on the maximum involvement of the chest for the next repetition. Not feeling 100% today. Feeling a little cloudy inside (sorry for the camera quality btw). And even though I hit 21 #MuscleUps, I arrived to the gym feeling like I can get 23 of these bad boys. That didn't happen of course. But I felt that I could! And to feel that is what matters, as I know that I can do it. I just have to work on breathing more, because that single stop of a seconds rest often costs me my 22nd rep (sometimes I am still able to hit it in time though, and sometimes I can't).
