Your rectus abdmonis is one sheet of muscle. You can’t work the upper section without also bringing the lower section into the act . See instructions below👇🏾 . 1️⃣Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat and hip-distance apart on the floor . 2️⃣Gently place your fingertips on the sides of your head or cross your arms and place your hands on your shoulders. 💥💥💥 ABS!! 💥💥💥 For this core workout I started out with a two mile jog and then 10 minute jump roping. Right after that I got into this great core workout, and mainly focused on my lower abdominal area. Lower abs is something that us ladies tend to struggle with getting rid of, and part of that is the food we put into our body. Working out your tummy is great, and it builds awesome muscle! Nutrition is the key factor for shredding that extra stomach fat, and will give you the results you want. If you want any nutritional tips, go ahead and watch my nutrition highlight! I have some yummy food ideas on there that could help you get to your slim stomach goal✅ Not only does eating healthy help you reach your goals, but drinking plenty of water does too. I recommend constantly having a water bottle by your side, because it constantly reminds me to keep drinking water. 15 MINUTE CORE WORKOUT Esta es una rutina corta que pueden incluir al final de otra rutina que hagan. Esta solo se demora 15 minutos, pero eso si, van a quedar con el abdomen on 🔥🔥🔥 Cuadran su aplicación de TABATA. Para que les de los 15 minutos casi exactos la cuadran con 30 segundos de ejercicio, 10 de descanso, y 1 minuto de descanso entre cada circuito. Repiten este circuito 3 veces. Si 30 segundos es mucho lo cuadran con 20-10. (La aplicacion la encuentran en mis highlights por si son nuevos por aquí) Arranquemoss…. 1️⃣Forearm plank reach 2️⃣Blast-off plank to shoulder tap 3️⃣Body Saw 4️⃣Single-leg jackknife (30 segundos por un lado - 30 segundos por el otro) Este cuenta como dos 5️⃣Double crunch 6️⃣Sit-up Cuentan como si fueran 7 ejercicios en la aplicacion. Exercise two: Hip adduction with pelvic tilt! 1️⃣ Lay on the ground with knees bent and feet flat on floor. Place a pillow, ball, or rolled towel between your knees. 2️⃣ Take a breath in. As you breathe out, flatten the arch of your low back into the ground (pelvic tilt) while tightening your belly muscles which will cause your pelvis/hip bones to rock towards your head. 3️⃣Squeeze your knees together into the object between your knees.
