Alt karın kasları nasıl çalıştırılır? Herkeste 6 veya 8 pack olur mu? Leg raise işe yarıyor mu? Bir kasın tüm bölümleriyle bütün halde kasıldığını, belli bir bölümünün devre dışı bırakılamayacağını duymuşsunuzdur. Örneğin; klasik crunch egzersizlerinde alt karın ile birlikte tüm karın kasları kasılır. Ayrıca belli açılar ve düzlemler dahilinde izole olmasa da kasların çeşitli bölgelerine daha çok yük bindiğini de duymuş olabilirsiniz. Örneğin; crunch ile tüm kas kasılsa da üst bölüme alt bölümden daha çok yük biner. Leg raise de de tam tersi. 6 pack denen kas rectus abdominis kasıdır. Bu kas leğen kemiğinizin en ön kısmındaki pubis kemiklerinden, 5.6.7. kaburgalara ve sternum kemiğinin en alt kısmına yapışır. Başlıca görevi omurgayı öne doğru bükmektir. Crunch egzersizinde yapıldığı gibi. Tek karın kasının rectus abdominis olmadığınu unutmayınız. Ayrıca; external oblique, internal oblique ve transversus abdominis ile beraber tümü birlikte karın duvarını oluştururlar. Tıpkı göğüs egzersizlerinde farklı açılarla pectoralis major kasının farklı bölümlerine daha çok yük bindirdiğimiz gibi, rectus abdominis kasına da aynı yöntemi uygulayabiliriz. Üst vücudunuzu yukarı doğru büktüğünüz her hareket, karnın üst kısmına daha çok etki edecektir. Alt vücudunuzu, yani bacaklarınızı ve kalçanızı yukarı doğru getirerek bel omurlarınızı büktüğünüz her hareket de karnın alt bölümüne daha çok etki edecektir. Bu hareketi yapan egzersizlerde önemli olan bel omurlarınızı yukarı doğru bükmenizdir. Beli bükmeden sadece bacaklarınızı kaldırırsanız rectus abdominis kısalmadan izometrik olarak kasılır. Bu durumda alt karın kas kazancı azalabilir. Örnek egzersizler; tüm Leg raise varyasyonları, knees to elbows, reverse crunch, leg lift, heels to heavens olabilir. 6 pack veya 8 pack kaslara gelirsek, bu tamamen kas yapısına bağlı bir durumdur. Kişinin kas yapısına göre ya 6 pack vardır veya 8 pack. Wow! Day 3 of this week’s workout went phenomenal but it came at a sacrifice. It was my goal to go to the gym four times this week and on Friday I was unable to attend due to a family event and then a much needed dinner date with my boyfriend. As a result my body got some much deserved rest and I felt fantastic in the gym yesterday. I had the strongest #cardio performance I had all week yesterday. I’ve been trying to challenge myself to go faster during my favorite #elliptical workout program of high interval training and I managed to do that. I broke my previous high record of 416-417 calories burned and managed to burn 426! Not only did I burn more calories but I felt a difference while on the elliptical. I didn’t have to take any breaks the entire 35 minutes. I then switched to #weightlifting with #dumbbells at 15 lbs and did 70 curls for each arm. 70 is a challenge for me and I’m trying to focus on form since my right shoulder has been bothering me lately. I then did 100 #mountainclimbers to focus on building definition in my abs and build up my core. I finished with more #russiantwists which I am really enjoying for toning my waist and building up balance and core. First pic, I was 2yrs post partum and 150lbs. Second pic is 4yrs post partum and 170lbs. I weigh more, but my stomach measures smaller. Everything else seemed to grow. But how🤷🏾‍♀️? I focused on eating the right foods at the proper amount and kept my workouts short, but intense 🔥. Tip 1- choose four exercises targeted at a specific body part and perform those exercises to textbook standards.
