🕒 30 min HIIT workout 🕒 - Who else hates cardio? 🙋🏻‍♀️ I find cardio boring so I try to do HIIT (high intensity interval training) at least once a week to get my heart rate up. No equipment required for this one so you can literally do this whenever and wherever you please. If you have less than 30 minutes to spare, you can always lower the rounds to however many you can squeeze in. And if you want to increase the difficulty, up the exercise time and lower the rest time (example: 40 seconds of exercise + 20 seconds of rest). Double tap and save this so I know you want to see more of my HIIT workouts! ❤️ - Complete each exercise for 30 secs then rest for 30 secs and move on to the next.
